They do not listen very well and put the wrong things on. Had to get one remade, and when they screwed up the second one my care factor was too low. Zero apologies or awareness.

They have wrong hours posted on google maps. I had an order closer to midnight only to get rushed and thrown out, without my mobile order being made properly. I’d recommend taking your money elsewhere to a different subway at the very least.

The customer service is really bad by one of the brown girls with red and white bangles. It seems like she doesn’t want to be there working. I went to the store on August 22 at around 21:00. She made a mistake and didn’t even apologized, started behaving with me like it was my mistake and it got worse after that. She started behaving really rude with me and I had the worst experience I have ever had at any Subway.

Super rude to me and my friend because we didnt have enough money, he ordered a sandwich with 3 meat and they were yelling at him because he didnt know the price because it isnt on the menu!!, the staff seem unhappy to work there and they are very rude.

Why don't you guys start discounting the sandwiches because of the lack of care and food actually placed on it. The 4'10 worker can barely reach the chicken strips and lacks the ability to count the number of cheese slices, when i asked for lettuce it is sprinkled on, when i asked for banana peppers she made sure to take the whole backroom stock of banana peppers and proceeded to stuff my sandwich with the mess, the sauce is unevenly spread as if i will b rolling my sandwich into a ball and treating it as a one biter. I was extremely candid this time but i do intend on being sarcastic and passive aggressive if there still lacks training for these workers. fire the short one or continue to lose customers.
