They were than happy to take my service and money. After one year, I find out they over charged me for the boat I bought and are too busy to help me. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible. Absolutely despicable. Now I’m trying to sell the boat. Only to find out the loan is not transferable which I was never told at the time of purchase.

Bought new boat. In fact first boat sold from their new locationDropped the boat off for service and fish finder install. Even had the interior diamond coated.Picked the boat up from service and it was tarred ready to go. Once home I removed the tarp. To my dismay the Inside of the boat was anything but clean. It was covered in plastic shavings and debris. I then went through the boat and noticed a screw covering was missing / busted from the windshield. I then located the busted piece in a cup holder. Not even enough courtesy to replace it. To top it off I then. Imported a walk around and noticed by the entrance ladder a crack I. The fibreglass. Sadly my boat came back dirtier with new damage. Not what I was expecting.I found the condition of my boat to be Unacceptable. This is an investment. Maybe not in your eyes. I take pride in my boat. Wish you shared the same qualities.Lance

The service desk quoted me $600 for an oil change on my dual engine Sea-Doo boat. This is a 330 too 380$ job everywhere else I've been. 1 hour per engine and parts are 120$.I will go somewhere else.

I bought my 2021 smokercraft here and service has been terrible. My cover ripped on my first trip out and it took two months to get replaced. When they installed the new cove it was not even the correct one. They put new snaps on the boat as the others pulled out. They installed them in the wrong place. Looks like a four year old installed them. They don’t hold the cover in place. They said they could not find the problem with my bilge pump that keeps draining the battery. It happens every time the boat is turned off.My boat is still under warranty and I will never bring it back to them.Stay clear as they use every excuse in the book.Oh yes and the logo on the cover is upside down and backwards.Perfect ad for their business.

Staff is not helpful whatsoever. Seems like they hate their job so miserable. Maybe they should find new employees that are happy to help paying customers.

Bought our Smokercraft here. Sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. Their in-house finance was amazing and able to work with us through many options. Great selection of accessories! Parts have been very helpful with all my inquiries and have always stocked what I needed. Their new location is laid out well and provides lots of indoor viewing of inventory. We will definitely buy here again.

Don't bother going in walked in ready to buy and walked around looking at the products, no one person said hi or offered to help after 15 min I walked out. Staff to busy on there phones to care about customers. And there was one one other customers in the store at the time so it was not like they were over loaded with customers.

We bought our Heyday WT Surf from Brendon in the spring. When my brother and I picked up the boat, he went thru the whole boat and every detail with us, it felt tedious at times. However, we joined a Heyday Facebook page and were blown away by how the majority of people didn't learn about their boat from their dealer. Even over the phone he was able to help us out with some of the issues (warranty related) we experienced with the unit. When we took it in for the first service, weren't thrilled to get it back with a broken ballast valve and a few minor repairs not done. Discussed with Jean in the warranty department and came up with a solution we were happy with. Dan was helpful when we initially started looking and answered all questions we had, was awalys very quick to respond any time of day and all days of the week. They don't compare to the some business like Martin Motor Sports, I'm sure its hard to keep staff in this economy as well, but I was mostly comfortable there, and would purchase from Brendon and Dan again. Cheryl in the finance department was helpful as well with everything. When we left with our boat, we were confident we had everything we needed (other the the $270 fuel bill... lol) to put it in the water that weekend. As for the negative reviews, I see Dan going out of his way to compensate or rectify problems. Our issues with our boat are common ones we expected, mostly cosmetic, none affected the performance of the boat, and all but the valve were due to factory deficiency.I'd give you another star, but the customer service is a bit disappointing as for greeting at the door and making us feel welcome/ invited but maybe Covid is playing a factor in that as well...In all, I feel you get out what you put in, if your going to be a Karren, don't expect anyone to bend over for you. We did our research and knew what we wanted, they held our hand and made it happen. Thanks so much.

Just wanted to write a review because I thought people want to know what to expect at shipwreck. I couldn’t make an appointment, was told maybe 3 weeks to have my boat winterized which ok fine they have a new shop I’ll give them a chance because they are reasonably close to my place. I had to inquire what happens if it starts to freeze before they get to it and she said that they will drain them right away if that happens…The lady showed me a price list around like $500 for a tow boat etc, when I came to pay it cost me $800 and my boat was filthy! Like I literally detailed it before I brought it in and it looks like a heard of elephants went through it. The transom plug was on the floor key still in ignition. Maybe I’m just used to a clean bag strapped to the steering wheel like Martin does….super disappointed from start to finish….
