I am very pleased to be able to write a review for this restoration company. I had the unfortunate experience of first dealing with a different restoration company, who literally cost me and my insurance company huge money in needless losses. When Paul Davis was asked to come to clean up what was left of the flood disaster, the difference was astounding. If I could rate them, at a ten, I would. They far surpassed a level 5 rating of excellence. I would recommend anyone experiencing a home disaster to rush to Paul Davis – they will do the job the way it should be done.

I had a car hit my house, and it needed extensive work on the frame and I had to get new siding as well. The guys showed up and did an amazing job. High level of professionalism and work. The guys were very nice and helpful. I'll call them first every time.

My parents recently experienced a flood while they were out of town. We are still going through the recovery, reclamation and rebuild process.Laura, has been incredibly responsive to us via phone and email to ensure that everything was being handled while they were out of town. Laura and her team came in and professionally packed up and did the remediation process to help get everything cleaned.Her team of Tyler, Wanda and Virginia were extremely responsive and supportive during this process in helping our elderly parents manage their stuff. I would highly recommend them if you have the unfortunate need of requiring the service of a remediation company due to a flood or house damage.

Laura, Leeanne, Tim and the others we dealt with were professional, friendly and responsive to our many questions. The remediation work was done very quickly and was of high quality. I recently had a Flood in my basement for the first time and I was very worried and stressed about it. My insurance company recommended Paul Davis for the repairs. The guys who showed up were very nice polite and prompt with their service. They cleaned up the water in no time and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.
