Kodiak Carpet Care

I used Kodiak many times before,were the best carpet cleaners,but on July 27th my area rugs were picked up by Patrick Hanson and i am still waiting for them to be delivered.I know some unforeseen things happen to Mr Hanson but i still need by rugs, it been a month. Please, don’t make promises that u can’t keep.

I had a water damage & my Persian silk & wool carpet got cleaned with this business & truly got ruined. The worst part it was the amount of time they took to ruin a nice piece of art. The damage happened in beginning of February, the carpet was picked at middle of February got back to me in begging of the May, upon inspection I found few spot that became yellow from off white & upon follow up with insurance the owner of business showed up to inspect it & came up with excuses like, the lighting in his establishment or the yellow spot is from walking on the rug for years! He took it back & got it back on first week June (delivered by owner) he didn't stay for inspection of carpet (this is the part that piss me off the most) he stood in my living room looked me in the eye & said the job got done perfectly & only thing I have to do is to call insurance & sign paper that I'm satisfied with cleaning! I opened the rug & 90% of the rug turned yellow, I couldn't believe how on earth a owner of a well established business can lie to my face like that. Please don't take my word check out before & after pictures!

We had our furnace cleaned today. The guys were very friendly and professional. They explained everything they were doing and did a fantastic job. I would absolutely recommend them. We are very happy.

I have used Kodiak Carpet Care for many years now and have always been very pleased with the way my rugs came back to me. I also had them clean some furniture which required repairs and it was done very nicely. I understand that good work often takes time to do. I don't hesitate recommending them to any of my friends or clients.

Not very reliable. They had my carpet for 2 weeks and I was promised it would be returned within 7-10 days. When I called after 2 weeks, wondering where my rug was, I was told it hadn't been cleaned yet. When I asked for some kind of compensation for the fact that they had exceeded the delivery time, I was told that the rug was big and a bunch of other excuses. When the manager spoke to me and I explained that I had received no follow up regarding the extended period it would take to clean the rug, I was asked if I was a business person, and if so, then I would understand. I told them I would understand some type of effort to communicate the extra time they needed would have been appreciated. I was told that they would return my rug dirty because of my bad" attitude. Funny thing

I had my furnace and ducts cleaned with Kodiak and couldn't be more pleased! I had some furnace maintenance done this week and the technician told me my ducts were so clean that he could eat right off of them. Their service was thorough, professional and respectful. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone who cares about the air quality in their home!

Best service I have experienced in a very long time. Attention to detail, dedication to his work and going above and beyond were all things I experienced. Highly recommend calling Patrick if you need and upholstery cleaning done he knows his stuff.I will be a return customer.

If I could give zero stars I would! Didn't bother to show up to my appointment I booked with them on August 3. Couldn't leave a message when I called because the phone would not accept messages. Sent a message via their website and never heard back from them. Pretty sure this company has changed hands from when I had work done with them years ago. Clearly they don't need my business! I would suggest you find another company if you are looking for good service or the work to be completed. Two thumbs way down!!!!!

Always had the belief that this place was top notch in carpet and upholstery cleaning. We sold our lake cottage, rolled up the area rug and dropped it off at Kodiak for cleaning. Picked it up and brought it home and put it in storage for the past year and a half, without so much as unrolling it to check it. I’ve decided to try and sell the carpet so I layed it out to take photos and much to my dismay, this carpet doesn’t even looked like it was cleaned! It was still tied up with their twine and still the tag attached with our name but It looks like it did the day we dropped it off to be cleaned. Sorry Kodiak but you've lost my future business.
