Im a klutz who drops his phone a lot. Ive been to 3 stores at pacific mall and this one is by far the best. Friendly service, good prices, and awesome work (feels like original). Store is on the 2nd floor in the food court so not as easy to find but worth the trip to go here instead!!

Horrible place. I got a quote over the phone for $400 to have my screen replaced, when I got there, the guy behind the counter said it is $480 and the quote that I received over the phone was from his colleague who wasn't present since he had to take care of his stuff !!!!!! Very rude staff.At the end, I got my screen replaced for $410 at at the first floor and it is working great since.

Replaced both my iPhoneX back glass and battery. Back glass looks great like the original. Battery life is now back to 100% and so much longer than before. Also they do mentioned that battery is aftermarket and the way to charge the battery properly. Thank you guys!

Went in to fix the screen of my iPhone XS. Was only 80$ flat. They were very quick, only took 20 minutes. I would recommend, they aren’t a scam. My phone is as brand as new. I just hope that they would fix the google website info because some of it is wrong, for example it says that they’re located on floor 0, but they’re really located on floor 2. Another thing is that they said you can pay with credit but when we got there they said cash. Overall that is the only issue I had but I would 100% going there. It’s quick, cheap, and efficient.I just got it fixed today so I willupdate this review in a week to see if there are any changes to my screen, but so far they did an excellent job.

Huawei battery change. The technicians are experienced and friendly. Explained everything I need to know and how to keep the battery in good condition before starting the surgery. will definitely come back again if needed.

Wilson was helpful and informative regarding fixing the back glass on my iPhone. After some consultation, we decided to replace the rear housing rather than simply replace the glass. A very thorough post-repair check was completed as well in order to ensure everything was working afterwards. Would recommend!

*Someone* dropped their Samsung S21 and smashed the screen earlier today... I called a few cellphone repair places around the city, including Samsung. Mobile Surgeon at Pacific Mall had my screen replaced within 30 minutes for half of what other repair places had quoted, timewise and costwise. As someone who is on-call 24/7, I really appreciate their quick response and thoroughness to get me re-connected. Would definitely recommend. THANK YOU!
