We buy this fish for over 2 years. It is wild, from clean Northern Ontario Lakes. Very delicate fish that does not require a lot of knowledge how to cook. Just 2-3 minutes frying on each side with lemon juice, pepper, salt and butter/oil. Or baking at 420 for 12 minutes. My kids love both trout and whitefish. The sellers are very nice people.

Very very tasty fish. We bought it a few times already and trying different recipes. It is good in any recipe. Very fresh and delicate. The sellers are very easy to deal with and are nice people. They deliver right to our door.

This is perfect for our family as we try and move towards supporting and consuming local, Ontario products. Since trying their products, Ontario white fish and trout as well as their organic meats and cheeses, we can never go back to buying from the grocery store. All their products come from local Ontario licensed producers/family farms and they quickly deliver everything to our front door.Highly recommend to purchase from them, you will taste the difference.

We have been purchasing fish from Top Fish since last spring. We have purchased trout and white fish, and smoked fish. It is always very fresh and delicious. It is delivered clean, it can be kept frozen for weeks and does not lose its qualities. It is easy to cook. The business owners are very friendly and respond quickly. We purchase often and are happy with the service and quality.
