Courteous, kind and fast service, usually has what I’m looking for and never have a problem with any of the equipment I have rented.

Recently I have been having a hard time renting the dump trailer they have, in fact back in late may I tried renting it and was told it was in for its annual Safety check and that it wouldn’t be available, last week I tried again asking them what the availability was on the trailer and I was told it’d be good to go for me on Monday…. 2 hours later I get a call and they tell me it’s not going to be available that…. Get this it it was in for the annual Saftey check…. So I told them I’d take my business else where that equipment world would love to have my business and explained that they already told me it was in for the annual safety check just over a month ago and he went silent for a minute then simply said that’s what I was told, I’m sorry it’s not going to be available. I then proceeded to go to equipment world and the trailer works great I’ll probably go to equipment world more often now. I mean if they have black listed me for some reason it’d be nice if they just told me and gave me an explanation considering I was a very loyal customer who made sure it was in the same condition as I got it. Anyway not horrible place but the dishonesty kinda bothered me.
