This company has been incredible. In this day and age when many Companies leave you high and dry . This company went above and beyond. Every crew that came to our house was amazing. Special shout out to some of their exceptional employees are. Andrea and Martin, Yuri and paolo, And Tony and Peter. Were just some of the few that we dealt with. I would highly recommend this company they were professional and courteous. just over all amazing people to deal with.

WD Craftline did a great job on doors & windows for our home in Toronto. From the sales visits with Alex through the install team and the after-install service, things went smoothly and any concerns were addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. Some custom install work was required and it was handled without problem, including some custom window/door sizes and the bumps in the road that come with working on a 70 year old home replacing 30+ year old windows and doors. Prompt completion of the job occurred once the materials were manufactured, and attentive service from the sales through to troubleshooting and follow up after install were handled with no issue. We recommend their services.

We had 8 windows and a patio door installed by WD Craftline. Every step of the process was a great experience. Alex in sales is awesome, and Paolo and his crew did a high quality installation. Even the other contractors working on the house were impressed. The neighbours are raving about how great it looks. We're having them work on a relative's house next!

Scott knows his product and made it so easy to decide on our front door and large window above. Paulo and George who did the removal of the old one and installed the new, were top professionals. They cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend this team. Love my doors!

I contacted the Company last fall for all new windows and doors on our house. Dealt with Andrea who was very professional and personable so we went ahead and contracted them for the job. The windows arrived in November and were installed as scheduled. The installers did an excellent job and had things done in a couple days. I also applied for the green homes government grant. I had several glitches between the energy company doing the assessment then the government itself asking for the same information on the window ratings over and over. I went back to the company and each time was provided with the information promptly. I finally got the grant approvedI highly recommend this company for their product, and after sales support. They ALL went above and beyond. Great job!!

We had an amazing team from WD Craftline in today installing our front door. I was impressed with the care that they took with our home from beginning to end. For once I felt like a contractor was treating my home as they would treat theirs. I've also never had a crew clean up as thoroughly as they did today. The door looks amazing and I would recommend this company to anyone!
