LBC Express - Richmond Branch

I would give this a 0 Star if I can. The discussed pick up time was supposed to be from 730 am to 12pm. Jimmy Go (the person who is incharge of the pick up) came at 2:40pm. My wife was the one who dealt with him and he was rude. He makes up all these excuses and it makes you feel like you are the one who is wrong. You work for a business and you show up almost 3 hours late and blame your own customer? How does LBC even still exist? I understand that they might be short on people but taking less than 5 minutes to call someone that you will be late is not hard. We PAY for these services. They are not free. Have the consideration that the people waiting also have things to do. Train your employees some manners. Even my own children have better manners than your employees.

We like the service once the box is loaded and on its way. But getting information from the staff at LBC Richmond is painful. Dropped of Jan 10 and now the 28th and no tracking or info available. The staff is so cold to you well you ask, I will just have to wait for updates the lady told me". Umm its 2023 and most companies are instant on updates and not weeks later!!"

Walang modo ang tauhan niyo! This is the second time na bastos yung nag pipick up from you. We had a pick up scheduled today with a 9am to 2pm time slot. Your representative apparently called twice at 8am. My wife was trying to finish taping the box around when he rang the door at 8:15. He was furious, disrespectful and yelled at my wife for not picking up his calls"

Richmond Branch is very unreliable . I have booked for pick up, I had to go off work for one day since they could not guarantee the time my boxes will be picked up. To my dismay, I was told that the driver couldn’t make it since he met accident l. That can be forgiven despite the fact that no agent gave me a call tolet meknow ahead . Then I was rescheduled on Dec. 27 , again since I need their services , I had to off work forone whole day . There was no call made to informme about my pick uptime . I had to call at 3pm , then severaltimes after , I was told the driver was on his way and we were told to wait anyway our place is close to Richmond branch. Agents were telling me that it was already endorsed to the driver concerned . This was a total disrespect of someone’s time . Supposedly , we are booking ahead so that we can agree on the best time for pickup but it did not happen. It gave me a lot of inconvenience and the agents are not responsible enough in ensuring customer satisfaction. I ama dissatisfied .

You cannot rely on making a reservations. No showed 2X. No calls no feed back. This is not the first time this happened. I gave up and went to another shipper. Would have given them a negative rating if available

I sent 2 boxes in October 2020 and they never change it. Everytime we follow up for the boxes they said they will change it but until now June 2021 I sent 2 boxes again and I try to tell to the pick up guy to change it but he argued with me and raises his voice. Instead of giving his tips I hesitate to give him because of his attitude.The worst customer service. The boxes that I sent last year had a big hole on the side about 8 inches and they just put some tape on it. Thinking they are trying to steal the items inside.What a bad experience, so disgusting. Never to LBC again.

Don't send any box to this moving company. Very slow service, their system is outdated. I Talked many times to their agent but what they're saying is just a merry go round. They keep asking booking number but we were not given at the time of the booking appointment. What a sloppy service. Their agents and service were incompetent. Very frustrated with this company.

Shipped two boxes via air cargo around September 2020. The workers here are professional and courteous. The lady who assisted me with my shipment was kind and informed me of the rules and guidelines when it came to shipping abroad to the Philippines as it was my first time shipping internationally.Directions to this location are ok however be wary of where you park. Some businesses nearby are a bit territorial with their space and will harass if you wait too long.My packages arrived around the estimated time(3 weeks) and the tracking was good.
