An estimated 2 days job turned out to be 5 days. The number may seem small but the actual number is 2.5 times the estimation. To me, you are doing a bad job at estimating.1 star for friendly reception1 star for mechanical work1 star for cleaning my car

Clean front office. Estimator Mark all round good guy. Girl at front desk personable and motivated. Repair job was expected. Vehicle came back in better condition than it went in. That was not expected. Great work. Shop is committed to high level of customer service. I would recommend Mark and Koebel - although I certainly hope to never have to see them again. :)

Was hit by a plow beginning of December and took my car to Carstar on Colby drive - Tracy was amazing to work with! He was patient with all my questions, stayed on top of updating me with progress and made sure that even with Christmas, New Years and other shutdowns in December that my car was being put a priority.I had a 10/10 seamless experience from getting a quote, passing along my insurance information and getting the car fixed properly.Thanks for the service!

Awesome experience! I dropped my car for an estimation and the team here was super nice to walk me through the steps and explain me everything I needed to know. They also arranged rental company picking me up from their location once I was done.When my car estimated as total loss, I went there to pick up my stuff from the car and the team again were really helpful. My plates were stuck so someone helped me get them when it was cold outside while I was kindly asked to wait inside. Then I didn’t have a ride back home so they even dropped me back home to Kitchener.Overall, I was super happy with my experience at CSN Koebel’s. Thank you!

I've been to CARSTAR Waterloo a couple of times because my vehicle seems to be a magnet for bumps and bruises (maybe next time I should buy a red car instead). Both times Mark has extended his excellent service, professionalism and courtesy to me, and both times the repairs made to my vehicle were above my expectations - thank you.These guys receive my full recommendation.

CSN Koebel’s have been my go-to body repair shop for decades. I do a lot of highway driving as well as local city driving. I am very particular about the condition of my vehicles, including the exterior body. From scratches, dents, a flying transport tire hitting my car once, and a couple of fender benders (the other’s guys fault), CSN has always been there providing exceptional service restoring my cars to mind condition. Staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. With no hesitation I highly recommend CSN Koebel’s (formerly Carstar).
