1. The employees are incredibly scummy. They will not tell you or hide the details, until they open the phone and then you are guilted into buying it.2. Absolutely horrible customer service experience. I had to wait for almost an hour and a half to cancel my service.3. If you don't speak French, get ready to be treated like second class citizens.

Service assez bon. Personnel sympathique.Ils ont pris le temps de bien expliquer les avantages et les limites du service de Virgin.N'hésitez pas à poser vos questions.Forfaits parmi les meilleurs.Centre d'appels très courtois et aidant, du Lac Saint-Jean ou de Moncton.Temps d'attente un peu long.Faut surveiller attentivement les promotions et offres spéciales. 35$ appels illimités 3 Go, c'est correct.

Du blabla, des promesses, l'achat en ligne vous fait économiser 50$ mais combien d'heures perdues au téléphone...une conjugaison d'incompétences , d'irréfléchis qui vous vendent du vent ...la meilleure chose serait d'aller dans un kiosque et tout faire mais surtout pas en ligne, du baratin , des promesses pas tenues ...5/20 , pas plus ...

Horrible experience dealing with Virgin Mobile. I returned a device and they continued charging me for it for 5 months after. Several long and useless conversations later and still no resolution.

This kiosk sucks. Went in to upgrade my plan because I received a text saying I was eligible for good deal by upgrading. Showed the employees the text and they said I had to call customer service despite it saying I had to go in to a store. Their response was that they never heard of the deal. Didn't even try to look it up on their computers. Lazy. Go to the Source in the same place, they were much more helpful and got me a great deal on a new phone and gift card.
