Sukh answered our call immediately and came over to take a look at our leaky hotwater tank. He was available to replace it the next day. He had to pick up some supplies before he could change our specialized sized hot water tank and he kept us in the loop the entire time. He was neat, clean, professional and friendly and did not mine showing me what he was doing. The repair took much longer then he thought but he did not charge us additional to what he quoted.

My kitchen sink was clogged and even smell was coming. I tried many numbers but Alpine Plumbing was quick to respond . Although he was on another service call, he told and came within half an hour. He knows his job very well and was able to share his related knowledge with me in a very professional and polite way. His work was neat and nice. I would recommend Alpine Plumbing to all I know for sure.

Hello all,Recently I had a very good experience with Alpine Plumbing and Heating Limited. As my kitchen sink Garburator had some clog and was not working. So I called Alpine plumbing, Mr.Sukhwinder from Alpine plumbing clearly guided me how to resolve this issue over the phone. Followed his instructions and was able to resolve this without having to call anyone to my home. I would like to thank Mr.Sukhwinder from Alpine plumbing on this, because it saved me money to pay the on site visit by the plumber. The tank in our water heater malfunctioned and needed to be replaced under warranty. Alpine Plumbing was one oft the accredited contractors listed and I chose this company since it was the closest to my home. I was fortunate that I did because Sukhwinder was professional, efficient, polite, considerate, helpful and kind. He advised me on what to do to get my warranty validated and how to look for a tank. Because it was an old model, it was difficult to find any in the lower mainland and once, we even went all the way to Langley to pick one up only to find out that it was not in stock even though we were told that it was. Sukhwinder was understanding about this and did not complain about our wasting his time. A week later, we were finally able to locate a similar, compatible model and again , he accompanied us all the way to Burnaby in a snowstorm to pick it up. He had it installed, up and running within 2 hours even though he had to reconfigure the original piping to fit the new tank. He did it with efficiency and accuracy and no fuss at all even at subzero temperature and in a small enclosed space (the original tank was probably installed BEFORE the garage wall was put in). Finally, after 3 cold weeks, we have hot water again. I am so glad we found Alpine Plumbing and heating since I know I now have a reliable business for my plumbing needs. I will certainly recommend this business without hesitation to anyone who asks.

Alpine professionally replaced our water heater and PRV, all old leaking valves have been replaced at the same time. First appointment he had a super tight schedule but the second one he spent time helping to cleaning the pipes and answering all questions we had. Very professional and patient and knows what the right things to do for plumbing job. Highly recommended.

Sukhwinder gave my mom a quote on a new hot water tank and we arranged to have it installed. Not long after, he phoned and suggested waiting because since my mom will be selling her house and the tank was functioning as it should, she could wait and see if a potential buyer included replacement as a condition of sale. Her realtor concurred and she decided to wait. I can't say how much I appreciate Sukhwinder caring more about my mom than making money. We will certainly be giving him a call if we need to replace the tank and will be recommending him to friends. Thanks again!

A few weeks ago the heat exchanger on my boiler failed. Having tenants in the basement meant that it needed immediate attention. After a few unsuccessful phone calls, I was recommended Alpine Plumbing and heating. Sukhwinder was able to come by the same evening to give us a quote. As promised he showed up the next day on time to install new boiler. He worked way past midnight to get the job done. He honored the price we agreed upon despite the fact that he had spent more time due to unforeseen circumstances. He even took time out of his busy schedule the following day to come by and show me what he had done and how the new boiler worked.I found Sukhwinder to be very professional, reliable and punctual.
