Today I tried to exchange shoes that I bought at the same day but they requested my personal information like phone number, first and last name and when I refused to provide personal information they said they can't help me with the exchange because this is their policy. They have the shoes and my money... At least pay some respect to your customers...you can't force me to provide such information...my privacy and personal information are protected by law!
