Lose the high-street-shop-girl attitude. Rude and dismissive is not a way to gain my business. Not everyone has an intimate knowledge of appliances so you need to explain things to us mere plebs. If you have to order the part anyway; Amazon can get it too me overnight. I can google the diagnostics and watch a youtube video on how fix it. This is why local shops are suffering.

These guys are great as long as you are giving them money. If there is something wrong with the product they will ignore you and lie to you until they finally tell you that you have to deal with the manufacturer. Don’t waste your money on the extended warranties either because they will not honour them and again lie to you about not hearing from the manufacturer etc. I would never deal with these guys again. Much better service and same quality products at Costco!

Didn’t care much for the smugness and condescension from the customer service rep over the phone. It came across as arrogant, rude and uncaring. I was not thanked for my call or given any reason or motivation to want to return to this location for further assistance. Customer care is everything. There are too many competitors that offer a better service and comparative product, likely. I would avoid this business and not waste my time here again.

While it took a wee bit off time for my friend's appliance to be fixed- this owner cares about customer satisfaction, and since the fix was easy- didn't charge for it.Good people

Yes! I HIGHLY recommend Wagner Appliances! I bought a stove this morning, it was delivered this afternoon, set up and already cooking in it! The delivery team even took my old stove out of my kitchen to the area I asked them to! Amazing service!!
