I called wellwise, asked if ODSP approved my order, a lady at wellness said not yet. I then called ODSP, the secretary said my order was approved, I called back and the lady said I didn't get any papers from ODSP to be approved. I then called back to wellwise and said that ODSP had sent over the approval for me, but again, was told that they didn't relieve it. At this point, I am thinking that someone is lying to me. Very disappointed as this has happened before.

We have been dealing with Shoppers Home Health Care in Kingston for a number of years and the service is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have sleep apnea and we have dealt with Kim (cpap specialist) She is wonderful and really listens to any problems that may arise. There is nothing more we could ask for in the way of service or customer care.

mixed results. staff is very friendly and helpful but they seem chronically understaffed. then today i went to buy slippers for my elderly parents only to learn there is no refund or exchange .. really? i get home and the size isn't right, and i can't exchange? also bought a clarity phone and discovered that the box was poorly repackaged from someone else, missing the english manual, and the phone was not working.

Very disappointed to see that wellwise no longer sells parts for cpap machines that they sell. I was told today that it is no longer cost efficient, but what they don't realize it now it is no longer cost effective to shop there either. I was told to go to there Bellville store or order online from their store. Doesn't help me when I need something now. Very disappointing

I have found this place to be totally money grubbing and very unpleasant to deal with. My scooter needed new batteries, which I ordered and paid for. They sit in a case on the scooter that I didn’t know how to open to put in the batteries. They charged me $45.00 to open the box and insert them. Next my relatively new walker split a bolt stabilizing one side. Again I was told they could not fix it unless I paid$60.00 for a house call or $45.00 to leave it and get it fixed- sometime. In the meantime they would rent me a walker to use. I went to Home Depot where a lovely gentleman found me the right size bolt and popped it in for me- taking maybe 5 minutes! Cost - nothing for the bolt! This is NOT a helpful or knowledgeable vendor and should be de-listed!!!

I stopped into Wellwise the other day. The sales person I dealt with suggested that I come in the first hour as it was for seniors. I asked her what age seniors started at and she replied 65. I'm no where near 65 or retiring at that. I may have a white patch of hair, but a little put off by her assumption that I was a senior. I don't even qualify for the seniors 55 that Shoppers used to have before Loblaws bought them out. Not impressed.

They have older ResMed CPAP machines on display and no prices on them. When I asked for the prices, I was told around $1200 but that I would need to have an appointment just to get prices, Next, they want the hospital to fax my prescription to them instead of me having the prescription in my hand. Why? Perhaps that would prevent me from shopping around. The truth is that a CPAP should only cost $183.50 as per Ontario Government's Assisted Devices Program. This place failed big time.

Service is always good but, pricing is a little much. Wen there to get a replacement mask for my CPAP, they want $249.99?!? Amazon sells the same mask for $79.99. I get mark up for in store convenience but, this is a little rediculous.
