We were very happy with the work that Valley Tree did for us. Lee came out to give us a quote, which was very competitive and fair. They installed 2 large cables and pruned a few dead branches from our Norway Maple. The crew was polite and cleaned up well after. We would highly recommend this company!!

We saw an ad for Valley Tree Services in a local mailing booklet, already having two quotes we decided to go with a 3rd and what a great decision. Lee is an excellent person to deal with, we had 3 trees to remove where one huge Silver Maple that needed a permit, 2 spruces and a last tree that needed pruning. Lee quoted us but stated that we should call the city because he believed it was a city tree, $400 saved and none of the other companies informed me of this. Lee also completed the permit request and brought it to the city for us. After speaking wit the Forestry Engineer I was told that we could have been fined if we had a city tree trimmed. 10 for honesty, Thanks Lee. Removal day, OMG what a professional team! Lee explained what and how they were going to proceed throughout the day. The team was very professional: answered any questions we had, were very careful with the property and what a clean up. The lot was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I had just sodded an area on my front lawn but they insisted in cleaning the wood chips and Maple helicopters, they took their time and ensured to even leave the road and our neighbours front lawns clean.

We hired Valley Tree Services to clean up our property after the Derecho storm in May. The job involved the cutting and removal of 40 trees. Lee, the owner of the company, who is also a certified arborist, was a pleasure to deal with. He offered us a very competitive rate, and the job was completed much sooner than other companies were able to do. His staff (Brady, Adam & Austin) were extremely courteous & professional. We had 6 pine trees that needed to come down, Lee was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We wanted to keep the logs and wood chips and they helped us out with locating all the resulting wood chips in an out of the way place on our property. His cost was more than reasonable, crew showed up on time and did a great job. We will be tackling some more projects next year and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have used Valley Tree Services twice now. A few years ago they removed a tree from my front yard. The crew did a great job. I was also pleased with the work the arborist and crew recently did while pruning a neighbour’s tree that was overhanging into my backyard. The crew was professional and polite and knew exactly what they were doing. The cleanup afterwards was very well done. Considering the crew had to remain on my property to do the work, they did a very good job of maintaining the tree shape and making it look tidy. Highly recommend their service.

Lee and his team all have amazing knowledge about different types of trees. They are also very honest and only do the work if they see necessary. They also work quickly and very efficiently. Both Lee and his team lead on the day could tell us exactly which branches were dead and needed to be cut and which ones need to stay in best interest of the tree's health. Everything was fully discussed with us and prices are very reasonable. On a side note, Lee also has a very sweet dog named Beans. I highly recommend Valley Tree Services to anyone who needs their trees trimmed/ pruned.

We had around 150 feet of hedges removed and several trees/stumps that needed to be removed. Lee and his team were exceptional and thorough. He was easy to communicate with and answered all questions we had. We will be tackling our backyard next year and I will definitely be using Valley Tree Services again.

I needed a large fur tree down in my front yard. Lee was able to come to my house and gave me a great price for a quote. When I finally called to have to tree removed he was able to book me in quick and his team showed up early and ready to work. His team is professional and quick. Just had a 40 ft pine tree removed from my backyard today by Valley Tree Services. Very happy and satisfied with the job done by the crew of 3 workers. They did a great job. My friend & I both have big old matured tree problems. His tree is in the backyard, needing many large dead branches to be cut off & means to maintain the tree going forward. My huge tree in the midst of a big garden in the front yard has to be removed because of safety concern.We recently contacted Lee Purcell, owner of Valley Tree Services. Lee came out as arranged to provide very reasonable priced quotes and job schedules. His crew came on time the last two days & completed the jobs very professionally.
