Got 4 electro back in july 2022. Not even a year later only the oven had no issues and work fine. Washer was leaking when we received it. They fixed it, but brought it back damage. Now a few months later it is leaking again. Fridge broke and it got replaced by a similar model but had scratches on the doors. Dryer broke twice, first time it wasn't even working after the first time they fixed it. Second time it worked for a bit but stopped working not long after. They refused to exchange or fix it again. I had to buy a new dryer somewhere else and now I will also need to buy another washer because it is leaking again. It’s always hard to reach someone, takes time to get stuff fixed, waste of time and money. Also the owner is very rude.

Aviod this store at all cost.They sold my elderly parents a damaged fridge and refuse to take it back or refund them. They never returned calls and washed there hands, you are disgusting taking advantage of older people and treating customer's the way you run your business. I have issued a conplaint with the business bureau and filed small claim court. Waiting on La Facture to get back to me as make sure this store gets what is coming to them.Stay Tuned

Bought a washing machine refurbish. 3 months of warranty. 1 month later it leaks from inside in front. The issue is clear that this is not related to installation. I was requested to send pictures of machine and bill... I am calling you and giving you these information. Why I need to do this? Why there is only 1 person at after sales service??? For me 24h-72h of phone call return is WAY TOO LONG!!!!Finally, the replacement supllied stopped working on one of the cycle 5 months later. Warranty no longer working.....

I couldn't even explain my problems yet. Because the man knows what the problem is. You know they kicked us out of the shop. The owner of the store called Ömer is a complete liar. Scammers. They only give 3 months guarantee because they fix the machines in a superficial way. They work for a while but break down really fast. I’m stuck with a washing machine that doesn’t wash and a drying machine that doesn’t dry. Worst company ever. Don’t buy in there

I bought about 6k of appliances. 1 fridge had an issue, I called them right away and they said to come in and choose a replacement. I rocked up about 2 months later as I never had the time and they remembered me and found a solution on the spot. The delivery guys were good blokes as well. I will be back.
