5 star experience from start to finish! Email communication was quick and they were very responsive to any of my requests. Installation was scheduled in a very timely manner. The whole process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend this company. The front of my house looks incredible now with my new address sign - only wish I would have done it sooner!

We love the sign over our garage. Not sure why we waited so long and even our neighbours love it. The experience and communication with Matt and team was seamless and an absolute pleasure. Very detailed orientated group who verified with me my dimensions of the garage door vs wall to make 100% that the signage was aligned.The installation was quick and within 20 mins was all done. The installers were polite, friendly and very informative. They arrived when they said they would and provided clear information as they were installing my sign. Extremely happy with the service received . Very user friendly website. Also great customer service from Ato Z. I took quotes from 2 other service providers. This one was the most reasonable. After confirmation of the order , installation was done on the 3 rd day. Installation guys arrived right at the scheduled time. Sign looks amazing. Thank You. Will not hesitate recommend this company to friends and family.

HLS offers quick and helpful guidance placing your order. We chose to install ourselves and it was easy with their helpful template.We do suggest that if installing onto a wood surface, the pins only need to be half the length. Perhaps this would help others in the future.

I ordered my custom address sign before Christmas but just recently put it up and wow! It looks SO good! Easy enough to install but I know the price they offered for install was very reasonable too. Have been eyeing these fancy address signs for a while now and wanted to get from somewhere local. Very happy with the process start to finish and appreciated that I could see exactly what it would look like up on my house before I decided to go ahead. This address sign has made my house look upper class and I would recommend House Letter Signs for anyone looking for a beautiful, top quality address sign!
