Employees at this freedom are dismissive and quite condescending. They clearly don't get customer service training at freedom as visiting a Freedom store has never been a particularly pleasant experience for me.

Terrible service in Kelowna. Calls dropped or can't be completed. If I can ever get through to them I will cancel my service. What good is a provider that provides no service?

Awful. The girl who worked here the day we came in wasn't helpful at all. She was cold and just gave me no answers at all. She basically just wanted us to go as she didnt really want to be there. We left and went to the location at the Orchard Park mall where we got all our questions answered and great service.

Spoke with Cori today at the Mission Park branch and received the best customer service!! She answered my questions and then found many great deals I was missing out on! Terrible return policy!They sold me an opened box without my knowledge and wouldn’t accept return, credit or refund!Take your hard earned money somewhere else !

I was told by IT tech to go to store and pick up a replacement sim. The girl at store told us IT people don't know much and blamed my phone not working because of towers. My husband has same phone and it works fine. She refused to even look up our file. Horrible service. Go to orchard Park store and see Julia she took care of problem and was very polite and helpful
