I attempted to ship a package 10 minutes before closing. When I told the employee he looked at his watch and said really? At 6:20?". As a retail manager I wouldn't want my staff to behave this way. My suggestion is to use a different shipper or at least a different store."

Came in to do an Amazon return for my elderly grandmother. I didn’t realize that she had chosen the return label for Canada post not UPS which I had advised her to do. Walked into an empty store and approached by a man. Before I could even finish my sentence he began walking away pointing saying “that’s Canada post” and before I could respond to apologize, he was in the back of the store. I didnt expect a parade but I did expect SOME sort of customer service, even though I was not technically a customer in that moment. But I have been several times. I will not be using this location again either. I understand this was my mistake but there was no reason to be rude and brush me off like I was wasting his time and burdening his day. The store was empty, the only time that was wasted was my own as these people were on the clock getting paid.

Broken System, I paid 79$ for urgent delivery(in 2 business day) to Nova Scotia, and the item is not delivered for over a month until now. Not only that they are not willing to help me cause they said “we are busy with customers”. You are only customer when you are about to pay. I asked online what is going on with my items and they said we will investigate, now it is more than a week since i asked still no answer. I never seen horrible service like this. Dropped off a laptop mid-afternoon and asked it be shipped to Nova Scotia. I chose the next day delivery option. Behdad and other employees had it securely packaged better than I could have done. The package was delivered 1st thing the next morning. Amazing. Thank You

You have to understand, I'm a little biased. I've been a customer of this store for many years, even through ownership changes.There is something that's always constant - through the good days and bad days - that you can be sure you'll be taken care of. Sometimes, yes, I need to be a bit more patient, but they have been there for me as a mailbox holder, as someone who ships occasionally and uses their fax and printing services when needed. If you find yourself frequenting this store, you'll learn that all are very friendly and genuinely want to help you get things done.This is a local business that does local business right - the kind of thing we're always saying we should support.

Just went in the UpS store on King street to mail parcel.. The service was excellent.. These guys are really friendly, answered all questions and super helpful... Thank you guys !!!!

I went into the store to return Amazon packages, granted I had quite a few packages but I’ve had no issue making larger returns like this anywhere else. The man working was incredibly rude and make me feel very unwelcome. He made it feel like I was in the wrong for bringing my packages to the store. Sorry I guess? Reading a few of the other negative reviews for this location, I’m assuming they’re referring to the same man I am. I would highly suggest going to another location to avoid encountering him.

Me and my wife went to this store today to get our photos clicked for the citizenship application. The owner informed me I was wearing a light colored tshirt so the photo might get rejected but he then offered me his jacket to solve the problem. The lady who took our photos did an excellent job! We were very happy with the customer service offered at this store.
