The gentlemen from Sprouse who came to do various inspections were prompt, thorough and informed me of their requirements and time expectations. They were very professional yet personable and accommodated our needs as well. I appreciate this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Sprouse will show up at your business whenever they need income and “inspect” your fire extinguishers regardless of whether the inspection is actually required and then get the nearest employee, one who does not have the ability to authorize the expenditure, to sign off on the inspection. They will then invoice your company hoping that your accounting department will remit payment. Unprofessional and unethical despite their claims. Any positive response below from the company is 100% false and untruthful as this issue was mentioned on several occasions with no resolution.

This worst and most unethical company I dealt with in many years! similar to previous reviews They came in for service call sending 2 guys to check for low battery! they refused to disclose the cost for the service call as it took them less than 5 minutes to switch battery but before leaving they said they will only charge $250 service call, which is also a lot ! However, we received $ 421 (including $368 service call) an invoice charged to my credit card, which they saved from previous dealing with them! SNEAKY, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL ! DON'T DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL ! I will spread this message everywhere and call every potential business association as this dishonest company should not have the right to do that. I'm also disputing these charges on the credit card!

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the services provided by Sprouse Fire & Safety. Our experience with them has been nothing short of a complete letdown.From the very beginning, our point of contact, Kassandra Dirks, displayed a remarkable lack of professionalism. She consistently failed to respond to emails in a timely manner, causing unnecessary delays in communication and leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated.However, the real issue arose when it came to scheduling the appointments for the inspection of our fire extinguishers. We patiently waited for three weeks, during which we were given assurance after assurance that an inspector would be sent. Regrettably, nobody showed up on any of the promised dates. This level of unreliability is simply unacceptable, particularly when it concerns the safety of our premises and personnel.Considering the unprofessional conduct and repeated delays, we have reached the conclusion that we can no longer continue working with Sprouse Fire & Safety. We have lost confidence in their ability to provide reliable and timely services, which are crucial for the maintenance of our fire safety equipment.Based on our experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Sprouse Fire & Safety to anyone seeking fire extinguisher inspection services. It has been the worst experience we have had with a service provider, and we strongly advise others to seek alternatives that prioritize professionalism, reliability, and timely service delivery.We hope that Sprouse Fire & Safety takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to avoid similar disappointments for future clients.

I am currently in the Property Management Business and use Sprouse on a regular basis. I would have to honestly say that dealing with Sprouse has been a great experience, everything from their techs and there costumer service has been second to none.Very knowledgeable caring techs and support staff that will go out of their way to ensure that we succeed.There is a saying, your only as good as what your contractor makes you out to be and in this case is no exception.Thank you Sprouse and look forward to many more years of growing our businesses together.

Would not recommend !! As I run commercial buildings that require annual fire inspections to be be done I was told in order for the technician to come by I'd have to put down my credit card. The tech came did inspection and I was presented with my bill, which I payed by cheque. After using my own qualified electricians to repair the faults the technician was to come back to sign off. All of that was listed in the original invoice as 1 job. A week later I come to notice two random charges on my visa from sprouse, I call in where the lady in charge of the finances is very rude and degrading, as well as the manager. Anyways they charged my credit card with no authorization and tried to be sneaky telling me that when the tech comes back to sign off is considered a 2nd job... anyways my visa company had to deal with the issues and I will no longer be using this terrible company after my family and business has used them for over 10 years.
