Sugarbox Sugaring + Wax Boutique

I had an appointment a few weeks ago with Christie for sugaring. It was my first time at Sugarbox and my first time having sugaring done, as opposed to waxing. Christie was very nice, professional, and did an excellent job- quite possibly my best wax (if I'm to compare it to waxes) to date! The facility was clean and the receptionist was very friendly. Highly recommend.

I went to this place to get my first ever Brazilian sugaring and I was quite nervous initially as I wasn't familiar with either Brazilian sugaring or waxing. Christie really did an amazing job and the whole procedure was quick and with minimal pain sensation (it was more like very mild discomfort instead of pain to me). The place itself is very nice, clean, and bright and everyone there was friendly and professional. I will be coming back to Sugarbox for my all my future hair removal appointments and I'd recommend Sugarbox to anyone looking for a great waxing/sugaring place in Vancouver.

Just had the best hair removal experience of my life at Sugar! Katie was amazing for my Sugar Brazilian. I highly recommend her! And yes sugaring is less painful than soft or hard wax.

Lovely staff who are accommodating and friendly. Had my first sugar a few weeks ago before a vacation and it was perfect, so much better than shaving. Happy with my sugaring and will be coming back again!

Booked for 18:30pm and make me wait until 18:45 without any explanation no apologies. Receptionist got upset to me while I was asking for action. She can't check inside and there is no way to communicate. After 18:46 technician got out and both of them looked at me weird way. I am the one who waited without notice and still no sorry. Very rude. Check cctv. I never have experienced this kind of service.

I've been seeing Christie for my lashes for some time now and she never disappoints. She always listens and is very attentive to what you want, she checks in kindly throughout and her attention to detail is unparalleled. I can't recommend her enough! The space is also nicely kept and managed.

The best sugaring experience I've ever had. Jean took her time and did such a good job and it was also the least painful sugaring experience I've ever had because of her technique. Highly recommend

I had my first visit to Sugarbox just over a month ago, and 30+ days later I have barely any hair regrowth, it's amazing! I made the change from hard wax to sugaring and the difference is night and day, barely any pain, and I would always have new hair growth within 2 weeks so it's crazy that I have barely anything almost 2 month later! Christie is so sweet, gentle and thorough, I'm so happy that I chose to have her as my esthetician!
