Okay...it's a Burger King but the staff there are GREAT! Super friendly and helpful. Maybe the kitchen could get the cheese on the burger as opposed to half off though. The ladies on the front counter more than made up for that wee slight.

Terrible rude…management she has a lot on her plate and is constantly bothered even at home clearly she is dedicated but isn’t paid enough to deal with employees off the clock things run smoothER when she’s present but has no control on staff behaviour I had a “lady” get in me and my sons face trying to block us from entering store and swore at us multiple visits but she’s still employed somehow…clearly management/owner doesn’t value there customers interesting enough this employee speaks badly of upper management continuously but again still employed don’t expect friendly service expect many shortages on foods expect employees to have a salty complaining attitude no customer service or problem solving skills

Took half an hour to get a low-carb whopper (no bread), so just a single patty and another impossible whopper with no tomato or ketchup as she is allergic and stated so. After the half hour, what did we find but a ketchup covered mess in a box. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend coming here

I love the WHOPPER and the King meal deal when I come here, depending on what I feel is what I order BUT I always finish with a Chocolate Milkshake and a strawberry sundae.

Do not order online, they take forever. They do not care about your mobile order, you get to the restaurant and have to tell them you are there for it, and then they start making it. The slowest “fast” food restaurant in Tillsonburg. Save your time and go somewhere else!

I am a regular customer.. Went today at 1:30 to get a Whopper Jr. meal. Only 2 cars in front in the drive through but I waited at least 20 minutes... nothing moved during that time. Asked the girl when I did get to the window what the delay was and she curtly said waiting on chicken. Took my order and pulled over to eat and it was cold....in a hurry so threw it out. Called to complain and a very rude person told me the fries just came out of the fryer..... I disagreed!!! She was rude and offered to have me come back... took my name for a new order.... not a problem with any of this but she was very rude and dismissive!!!! I know things can happen but this young woman needs to learn the customer is always right (and SHE WAS WRONG).... the ff and burger were cold and uneditable. My biggest complaint it the attitude.... I am a regular customer and will be reporting this tomorrow to the manager.

Went specifically for the play place and obviously ordered food. Was disappointed though as the play place was closed as they had said because of covid. Meanwhile, covid has been over for some time now! The lady that I had asked inregards to the play place was a bit rude with attitude of her response. Which had resulted my kiddies being upset.

Let me tell you about bk tburg.Ordered food through drive through, missed almost all of my order. Went in for a refund which they did. But then found the attached photos. God only knows what the back of the house looks like.

2 whoppers at the drive thru, tasted like salt was poured on them, had to throw them out. Just passing through didn't take it back.
