Worst services by pharmacists. I don’t wanna give single star too. I don’t understand why they open rapid antigen tests slots if they are not willing to do for common individuals. They were so commercial that they do tests only for travel people. Then what is the use of booking slots with them, it’s purely waste of time. They haven’t mention anywhere about this . And the pharmacist FAYE was so rude .

It's a busy Shopper's, and the aisles are quite narrow. The lady who cashed me out literally fell asleep in the middle of our transaction, it was shocking and hilarious!!

Never coming back to this store again because of the lady staff called MINDY. Such an horrible experience at this store. Didn’t gave me personal space and not properly assisted me. She is a racist for sure. She was like not welcoming me when I entered the store. She was like acting like noticing me. I left the store immediately and went to Sephora. Never coming back to this place again due to this lady.

Understaffed at nights, most of the time 2 out of 3 self checkout machines do not work, and there are long chaotic multiple lines for checkout that make confusion.
