Thanks to dandy and tichi auto They were able to get me back on the road. They did a wonderful job and communicated well with what was going on with my vehicle and recommended somethings that were needed.I will definitely be going back and making them my mechanic shop. Would recommend to anyone.

I decided to try and replace my 2010 GLK 350 Mercedes-Benz headlights and quickly learned that this is an absolute nightmare. (The low beam clip fell out and there was no way I was getting it back in so I decided to remove the headlamp assembly. Big mistake)When I finally got the lights done (they weren't done properly) I broke my bumper in a few places as well as some of the mounting points for the assembly trying to put this thing back together.Kash took care of fixing this mess I had made and did everything at a more than fair price for all the work involved. They really did give me a more than fair shake for what was involved.Also very important, although is was painfully clear that I had done some really stupid things to my car Kash never treated me unprofessionaly. I really appreciated this.Looks like I finally found the place I can trust to take car of my hard to work on car.

Absolutely amazing shop! Cash is super friendly and easy to work with. I hauled my Buick in with what I thought needed a timing chain repair but turned out I blew my engine. They worked with me and got my car fixed so fast! I will definitely bring all my cars here!

Been to Tichi Auto many times, they provided excellent service and repairs on my Toyota Camry! It's always great to find a reliable and trustworthy auto shop that takes care of your vehicle like it's their own. The Camry runs smoothly and stays in great shape. Long story short: they lied to me and said my transmission was fine, because they were busy and didn't want to deal with it. I spent $1000 on maintenence and brought the vehicle back when it continued to have problems. I specifically asked them to look at the transmission. They were busy and blew me off, twice. Two months later I had to replace my car because the transmission failed. This seems like a great place if you're friends with the owner.

I had my car oil and tires changed in this location and had a great and awesome experienced! It was done so quickly and price is reasonable and cheaper compare to other auto shop. They had a friendly staff, Dhanby and Mario did a great job! I absolutely come back to this location!

Hands down, best mechanic service I have ever experienced. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and capable, they are honest about the work that must be done at a fair and reasonable price. Been using Tichi for years hands down cleanest shop. all staff are friendly and easy to work with. Work is always done right and with a fast turn around. I’ve had new transmissions installed multiple clutch jobs and an engine swap all done to my standards. Prices are also fantastic never had an issue there. Only shop I will use thanks again!
