I called the Friday before I needed a cab for a Tuesday morning medical appointment. I was told, no problem, Tuesdays aren't busy, call Tuesday morning and get put on the list...well, guess what, they are all booked up till after 1:00. Rid.

I just want to thank all of the amazing staff for helping me today. My children went missing and they went above and beyond to get as many eyes out looking for them as they could. Their amazing dispatcher calmed this mama down when I needed it the most. Thank you Stacy and everyone else.

Taxi from washago to Cumberland when arrived was told it was standard fee of $50 not recommended as customer service skills lacking…should have been acknowledged on call for cab not when on route home

Called and asked what the wait time was for a cab and said they could send one out right now" and it took nearly 40 minutes and I tried calling to ask where the cab was

Outstanding service, thank you! I arrived on the bus from Toronto at the hospital, the afternoon after a heavy snow. ACT dispatched a taxi that arrived in about five minutes, rescuing me and my snowy luggage. A bit hard to get through to their phone, but super-efficient and cheerful dispatch and the driver was friendly and confident on the messy roads. I will not hesitate to call them again!
