I found both the owner and the guy in the office who sent me estimates to be courteous, helpful, and informative. Their estimate of how long it would take for my new garage door to arrive was exactly on target. When installation day came, the owner showed up but I had errands to run. When I came back a few hours later, I had a beautifully installed new door. The whole process couldn't have been easier (or more affordable). Thanks! (The experience was so pleasant that I didn't even bother correcting them when they called me Mrs. instead of Ms., which normally annoys the hell out of me -- but guys, if you're reading this: Ms. is a good default option if you don't know a woman's marital status, or even if you do.)
