If I could rate this software company for their customer service in negative I would definitely go ahead and do that. You are stuck on any issues and cannot get the help and issue is being circulated through emails since Sept 21 and today is Oct 2. This is ridiculous. They email you saying oh we don't have anyone to speak to solve your issues. You email us here. Then you get a email saying oh we don't find the client with that name.However the client do exists in the software.The customer care and support team is ridiculous.If you don't have enough people to answer our question please stop selling your software.I am using this software since 2yrs.One of the pathetic service team with extremely rude representatives.

We can, in good conscience, recommend Innocare's services and their team. We are a new clinic and the support we have received from Innocare has gone above what we thought it would/should be.As I write this I can recall starting our trial period with Karen whose followup calls and e-mails were always to our benefit and not simply a pushy sales person trying to get us to commit. Once we did commit, we were pleased with the friendly support team. We were introduced to Roxanne Guay who has essentially carried us as we fumbled through setting up not just our software, but our whole business.I personally cannot say enough about the help we have received from Roxanne. She now knows our business, our clients, and what we are trying to do. A lot of this review has to do with something she just did for our business today that saved myself a great deal of time. Her knowledge of the health care industry is an invaluable asset to us as well as Innocare.We've dealt with suppliers whom we had spent tens of thousands with, who still had to look up our account to find out who we were. We pay Innocare a small monthly subscription and what we get is personal, detailed attention beyond the product offerings. I highly recommend ending your search process and deciding on Innocare.For reference, we are currently making use of the Clinic Software, the Charting+ and the Pencil That Online Booking Service. We are a new massage therapy clinic in Alberta with 8 therapists. Managing everyone, clients and therapists alike, has been made a lot easier with Innocare. There are still a few areas the software can improve on but their development team is working hard to refine a lot of the features they already offer as well as introduce new ones. The value is perceptually increasing.

We have been with InnoCare for a few months now and I have to say we are very happy with their services! Customer service is amazing, no matter which staff member we have spoken to they are all extremely well trained and understand customer service. When we signed up with InnoCare, initially they didn't work on Sundays. After one call to Kelly, who is absolutely incredible, they have began working on Sundays just a few weeks later. This definitely satisfied our clinics needs especially being a brand new establishment. I would highly recommend to anyone to use their services. Thank you InnoCare for all that you and your staff do!

We have been with innocare for several months and raised variety issues about their call centre. I've asked for Maria to address issue but have yet to get a reply. Lack of proper call centre etiquette is causing poor relationship with my clients. I could not in good conscience recommend this service to anyone. We have 2 clinics and over 15 years of experience.

Terrible services and software. I signed up for their scheduler about 2 years ago. It was old outdated technology. There is basically no tech support and if you need assistance in the spot, you have to wait several days until you can speak to someone about the issues. In addition, the attitudes of their employees is challenging to deal with. After a month of being with them and having so much frustration with their system I cancelled and I switched to Jane, which was a exceptionally better in all aspects. Stay away from Innocare.
