You delt with all covid restrictions and last minute rules . Your were the best . I totally recommend her !Ps : I never left a review in my life . Scared about my next vacation… Since 2022 I have no answer from dumoulin agent about my travel status. I made my choice of hotel and vacation alone, I went to the agency just to understand about the payment method... anyway I paid CAD 50.00 for DUMOULIN consultation just because I've been there in person.Well, I did my final payment in Feb, as the package required, and in march 1st finally somebody from dumoulin called me !!! to bill me! I thought it was horrible! in addition to not answering my emails and not helping me, there is no information about my payments! wanted to charge me more CAD 50.00 Per service fee (non-existent!) everything is very confusing and disorganized. I hope I don't have a headache with my tickets and choosing my vacation as I know “my agent” doesn’t works to them anymore
