Outrageously poor customer service!!!! Do not shop here!!!! Purchased a couch and was supposed to be ready for pick up on Friday. When I called for an ETA when it would be ready, they told me it wasn't on the truck and I could get it the following week. No apology, no responsibility, no accountability, nothing. But i was told, I could go to their downtown warehouse myself to pick it up... really? Drive downtown to fix YOUR mistake?! Disgusting!

Extended warranty is a scam! Bought brand new kitchen appliances 2 years ago and was up sold on the extended warranty for an extra $600. The salesperson sited how convenient the warranty is and all the perks that go with it. They do not tell you all the fine print, nor is it sited anywhere!A year later the dishwasher broke down which took about 3 months to have fixed because there was only one technician who worked in the area.Another year later the fridge broke down. The policy included a loaner fridge but trying to actually get one has been a nightmare. At first I was told I had to wait for a technician to inspect the broken fridge to get approval which was 2 weeks out. After the technician arrived I was then told I would have to wait until part delivery was confirmed to ensure it was long enough away for The Brick to justify giving a loaner fridge. None of these policies" are stated anywhere is the warranty paperwork. After the loaner fridge was finally delivered 3 weeks later

We had an issue with our purchase. The policy wasn’t reviewed with us originally and when we got to the store, customer care refused to help us. Vipul, the sales manager, went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely deal with him again!

Went to The Brick to look for a new couch. From start to finish my experience was wonderful. Nav came by to introduce himself and after that he left me alone to shop (at my request). Once I was ready to proceed with my purchase he was very helpful in helping answer any additional questions and concerns that I had. The entire team that was working there were all equally as wonderful. I was asking them to do things like (laying down on the couches I was looking at to see if my significant other who wasn’t with me would fit) and they did it with a smile. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. I didn’t have anyone chasing me constantly. The manager was equally as friendly and genuine. Great experience. Highly recommend them and would go back to purchase anything anytime. Thanks guys!!!
