they do a great job at this location for a reasonable to low price. They were my go-to when I lived at St clair west and I have yet to find a place that matches their quality and reliability since moving further downtown!

I took my Armani coat in to have some marks removed (natural substance). Picked up the coat and the marks were still there, disappointingly. I was then literally able to remove the marks with just soap and water when I got home. Complete waste of $30.

Golden Hangers has been my go-to dry cleaning service for several years now and I highly recommend them. They have consistently gone over and above when it comes to quality and service. For instance, I once showed up clearly in a rush and there was a line-up of about two people. The cashier recognized me right away, knew my regular request and just asked me to drop my clothes in the green bag by the entrance. A few days later, my clothes were all ready to be picked up.

A dress I brought had 4 food/drink stains at the bottom of a skirt, which I particularly pointed out, as the rest of the dress was fine. I was also charged a bit extra, since the top with gems required extra care. When I came to pick it up, all the stains were there, felt like they missed the stains and the dress was just steamed. I was told the stains were non-removable, but the employee said they can try cleaning it again. Due to an upcoming event, I could not risk waiting for another 2 days, so I took it home and water+soap removed the stains in 15 minutes. I took it back and asked for a refund for a low-quality service, but the staff went into a lengthy negotiation, trying to persuade me that there were other big stains they did remove etc...etc. I ended up getting a partial refund, but the cleaning and customer service were very poor. Was a loyal customer for over 5 years, a nice couple used to own the place back in the days, but can not trust current owners, so not coming back. If you use their services, keep in mind taking a before" picture or video could be a good idea

Friendly, efficient service. Excellent prices. Needed a suit cleaned for a funeral, they were able to do same day service. One less thing my family had to stress about.

I asked them to stay open late so I could pick up my suit last minute before a wedding and they allowed me that. Beyond great service. Above and beyond. Been a customer now for a year.

I wanted to ham my pants and I didnt want to go far. They helped me with measuring the length and they did perfectly cut the length.The service was super quick. The same dat actually. The lady was friendly and cooperative. Loved the whole experience. Would recommend.

I brought them my pants to slim the legs. I made stitches to indicate how the pants need to be downsized (0.5 inch each side). I paid 30 $ for this alteration and the tailor removed less than 0.25 inch! So the pants are still baggy and I have to pay another 30$ to get pants altered properly. Super disappointed with these tailor and won't recommend this place!

Great service every time I bring in something to cleaned or fixed. The quality of their work is top notch. Can't say enough positive things about the owners and staff.
