I had a 90 minute signature FLOW Thai massage today and it was a wonderful experience! My therapist and receptionist were lovely. The spa was beautifully decorated, modern, and peaceful. I loved the spiritual touches and how they incorporated traditional Thai elements. They first welcomed me with a delicious white fungus tea, which is full of medicinal and antioxidant benefits to health & skin. The session started with a warm foot bath, and a massage. I was able to choose the aromatherapy oil for the massage - I chose lavender. It was my first Thai massage! It was so relaxing, and I really liked the stretching elements of the Thai massage, and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a full body stretch, or to loosen tension and release between workouts, dance, or yoga. I would love to come back. :)
