Signed up for my first course (Excel 3) and so happy I did! Michele, our instructor, was great. Very happy I joined, definitley helped make sense of how I was cobbling together functions in past. Now I actually know what I am doing. I was also able to take away quite a few tricks and the material was presented in a way that will make it more retainable for me. I appreciated that the excel sheets were prepared in advance and have additional tabs of data to test skills after the fact. The instructor shared great tricks and taught in laymen's terms to ensure everyone could follow along. The knowledge check quiz at the beginning made a lot of sense to help guide the instructor based on the attendees skill level.

Michelle is an amazing instructor. I have learned so much about excel and can’t wait to continue my education through GUMP.

Took their Excel 2B course as a trial before committing to booking corporate training. It was probably the best training session I've taken part in for years - definitely the best online session I've done.Although I knew how to use filters, sort, datasets etc., I have at notes on at least 25 things that I learnt today for the first time, all of which will be incredibly useful. Will be strongly recommending that we use GUMP for our training needs.

I truly enjoyed the Excel courses I took! Michele K is a gifted presenter and I learned so much. From basic shortcut keys that improved my use of the program in general to the specific advanced functions I was able to learn, overall my skills have improved immensely with only two courses. Only two courses SO FAR though as I definitely plan on taking more. I highly recommend the training!

I took the Excel training 1B and 2A. These are excellent courses. They are interactive, and the instructor was excellent. Michele made the course really easy, fun and exciting! The courses are not too complicated and covers useful processes. The three hours for each course goes by very quickly. I would highly recommend Gump Training Services.

I guess the problem I had was that I tried the online learning platforms early in the game and was left with a bad impression. I took a basic Exel course yesterday with Michele on the advice of some colleagues, and I am convinced that this might just be a thing that's here to stay. It really was pretty fantastic, I have to say. It was a 3.5 hour program with a couple well timed 10 minute breaks. It was super informative and EXTREMELY well delivered. I am an instructor for a living and every now and then you run into someone that just plain ol' belongs in front of an audience. Michele is one of those people. Easy to listen to, empathetic to the challenges offered by different levels of learning capabilities, and just great at what she does. I'll be a regular and have already referred Gump Training Services to some friends in high places! Well done!!

Michelle was fantastic, she kept the course interesting .The information was clearly presented and explained in full detail . Michelle came to the session fully prepared with necessary materials. She was very friendly easy to ask questions. I look forward to taking the next level of training with her.

I've taken 4 separate Courses with Michele over the past 6 months - they are GREAT :) She is a phenomenal instructor and offers very well-crafted online courses with excellent supplementary files and materials. I feel much more confident using Excel because of Michele!
