Blue Collar Small Engine and ATV Repair

Chad and his Blue Collar team are great. I have been with Blue Collar for the last 4 years starting with an old Cub Cadet and most recently purchased a used ZT 50 inch from Blue Collar that has been great except for a fix I needed late this summer. Chad and Joyce were responsive and had it fixed in less than a week. It broke again in same engaged blades spot and Chad came and got it on the weekend and returned it fixed as good as new and no charge for the follow up; delivered back on time and when promised. He tested it in front of me. Chad is honest and true to his word and I am a delighted customer. I need my equipment running and reliable up here in Loughborough Lake; Chad delivers that peace of mind. Great work Chad.

Prices and staff are wonderful and courteous...2 days.. my atv has never run better. They called me with 2 options to suit me best. Never will I go anywhere else!!

Took an ATV there. Broke the bleed screws on all calipers and waited three weeks to tell even though I called every day. Just kept telling me the part is on the way and the boys should have it done. Then told me I had to pay 250 per caliper of I wanted brakes. I picked up the atv and fixed it myself for 125 bucks lol. Terrible business owner puts the blame on his young employees for his mismanagement. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Tryed to fix our atv but when asked about the date it was to be back he got rude took our atv home and fixed ourself plus missing seat and my trailer hitch crooks to say the least I guess we didn't get **** pics sent

Local shop fixed my machines at a great price. Both follow up calls (including today) resulted in advice that got the machines running.

The owner picked up our atv which I thought was great service and we just needed an oil change and a small leak fixed. 4 months later the leak is back and I have called several times with no answer or response to my messages .Not sure if it the same leak because nobody will call me back.At this point we Will unfortunately have to go somewhere elseIf they read this my married name is McLaughlin just incase you want to check your messages

The owner abuses and cheated on his wife and because she doesnt respect herself, shes still with him. Let him know that cheating and abusing is not okay. He missuses his customers machines, very rude to many of his customers including my friend. I was going to knock on the door for him to check my machine out but heard him screaming and a women crying. I turned back and left. Never going there and dont advise anyone to.

So...I dropped off a garden tiller to have a part replaced. As it was late October, I told the counter person it was no rush obviously, don't need it til spring. Fast forward to March, I drop in to see if the tiller is ready. Nope, not ready!! We have no idea what the model number is! Well,I was aghast. No one knows how to use a telephone at that business!! Then why do they have a phone number?? Not one call from them in the 5 months that the tiller was at their shop. So I go home and as I know how to use a telephone, give them what info I had.I was floored when I got a call later that afternoon telling me the part is on order and should(key word-SHOULD) arrive in a week. I called the shop 2 weeks later asking for an update. Nope, no part has arrived but should(there's that key word again) be in soon.Called again later that week and no part has arrived. Gave them til this past Friday or I'm picking up the tiller.Picked up the tiller, still no part.Didn't even get an apology that we couldn't fix the tiller from the clerk or owner.And they wonder why they have gotten poor reviews!!No excuses, you used a phone to order parts, could have callede much earlier about no model number. Granted I could have been more proactive but still looks bad on you!!

Work was done in a timely manner- nice people that know what they're doing!

Now operating(ripping off) out of 31 Concession North Tamworth Ontario The O/O Chad Smith is a crook. He does not warranty the workmanship of his nonlicensed vey young kids he has doing the repairs. He sells used equipment with a 3 month warranty, and then doesn't honour it, when it breaks, through no fault of yours. He and his wife Joyce both have bad credit, and have coerced her son to get them big items, and now refuse to pay. Ruining this young man's credit as well. Chad is known in the area for sending unsuspecting women unsolicited pictures of his genitals.He's not someone I'd let even look at my equipment, let alone touch it.
