Sunny Beach Pools

Rob Swatzky is an excellent guy to work with. We inherited an older tub which was in relatively good condition. But Rob helped us virtually make it brand new. He sourced out all the parts that we needed; some he had in stock. Others he sent me the website and phone numbers of people who would have the parts. And then he help find a local repair man to help me have the tub serviced (I live in Vancouver and Rob lives in Edmonton). Every time I called he had time to help me deal with the situations that I came across and help me find resolve. Like I said Rob is an excellent guy to work with! Thank you Rob, Jeff and I love our new to us hot tub!

We had Sunny Beach install our pool last May and we were using it first week of June. We love the product and Rob and his crew have been prompt to winterize the pool and open it this year. Rob even took the time to teach me how to complete these procedures on my own, if I chose to do so.

Called Sunny Beach Pools on a holiday long weekend after my pool pump seized, I was very surprised when the owner Rob answered and was more then willing to install a new one that same day. He was professional, polite, and the work was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them and am all ready looking at updating the filtration system.

Rob knows his pools! He thought through our install very thoroughly to make sure there were no issues (position/location, gas lines, pool shed, lights, fireflies, etc.). He's also taken good care of us after the install. For those reviews that are complaining about Rob, obviously these people did not get involved with the project as much as they should have. This is a very large investment, so you should be involved in every detail and if you're willing to do that, Rob is willing to take a text at any day of the week.Rob will be the first to tell you that he's not the most organized, but we liked that he's upfront about that and he makes up for that with his willingness to take a text or phone call whenever to dicuss the project and to discuss timing.Last thing to say - we are very happy with our pool. Its been a year and we have abosultely no complaints on the looks or operation of the pool. Attention to detail is very high. Thanks Rob.

My family and I decided to have a pool installed and after doing some research we decided on a fiberglass pool. We decided to go with Sunny Beach Pools because someone I work with recommended them and we were not disappointed. Rob was very up front and easy to deal with, he's a straight shooter and a no BS kind of guy which I like when spending that kind of money. Because of his work load he can be hard to get a hold of at times but he is very flexible with his hours and does everything he can to work around my schedule. Myself and my family are extremely happy with the final product and look forward to the many years of fun we're going to have in our new pool. I would recommend anyone looking to have a pool installed go with Sunny Beach.

I spoke to Rob about getting my pool filled in. I called in the evening thinking I would just leave a message but Rob answered. He took time to explain some sources that I could go to that were alternatives to big business and big bucks. He did all of this knowing it was all free advice. I had looked into filling my pool previously and had called several pool companies to get estimates. Most didn't return my call and those who did said that is something their company doesn'didn't do. One estimate I did get was in the $25,000 ballpark. Whoa! That's impossible for me. Rob gave me excellent advice. He suggested innovative resources such as kijiji. I smiled after I hung up knowing that there are people who are knowledgeable and just willing to be helpful. Many thanks to Rob!

Bought pool from Sunny Beach in 2011, Robert installed & winterized & done spring start up & tune up ever since. We live one hour from Edmonton , and I find his service exceptional and rates very fair. Very hard working & friendly. Great pool by the way, we use it daily, between snow storms !!! Lol

When we were deciding on which pool company to go with I did extensive research. In the end we went with Sunny Beach and we couldn't be happier. The fibreglass product is indeed superior to anything else on the market. The maintenance required is almost nil which gives a lot more pool enjoyment time. I've been in the construction business for 20+ years and was definitely impressed with the installation process. Everything that wasn't ending up perfect was started over and worked on until it was.Robert has explained everything and showed me how to do everything including the openings and closings of the season even though it could cost him my business by me doing it myself. I would encourage anyone who is trying to decide on a pool company to go with Robert and Sunny Beach Pools.

If I could put negative 10 stars I would. Run. Do not even consider buying anything from this disorganized, dishonest, awful company. They even totally lied about the pool we ordered. They pretended our pool arrived with the wrong tile when in reality they had ordered the pool beforehand and never did our custom order. They admitted this once pressed. We had nothing but horrible service and had to be after him constantly to show up and he had to have constant supervision. Promises were forgotten, he showed up whenever he felt like it with creepy employees. My husband had to literally watch his every move. Do NOT use this company.

Sunny Beach installed a pool for us summer 2016. There were some frustrating delays, mostly due to weather, but I can say that we are very happy with the final product. Since install I've called Rob for shut down, pool opening, and twice for questions/concerns that I needed help with. He has been quick to come help, and patient teaching me about the equipment. I'd say we are very happy we went with Sunny Beach, and would recommend the company for pool install or maintenance.
