Pretty bad experience. First time going in, had a small dispute with their weight breakdown of what I brought in. Politely went back in to clarify a few things and the woman behind the desk was extremely rude to me while I was politely talking to her. Then interrupts me to call up one of the gentlemen from the back and proceeds to tell him to deal with this guy, gesturing at me. I was nothing but polite to this woman and she spoke to me like I was dirt.Spoke to the dude from the back for about 40 seconds politely between us and we came to an agreement. Hats off to him because he was respectful. The woman up front definitely needs to work on her customer service, or her temper. Probably never going back her again because of her.

never work for this company lazy, whiney , always complain about everything expect you too do all the work for them. If you end up doing cleaning job for them the women in the office are terrible the guys in the back who work recycling are good guys

Said my brass was irony. Not a single other place gives me an issue. 50 cents a pound is a joke.These guys are crooks. Avoid.

Customer service needs improvement and not very organized.

The office staff are unreasonable. I arrived before 4 PM. I even called the office before coming and they did not mention anything about being there before 3:45. They mentioned as long as I’m there before 4 I could get rid of my scrap metal. Would not recommend.

Honestly with all the different recycling yards I always go to K&K. The staff like Tony,Toby, Mike & Ryan are so friendly, It's like visiting family. Having good & happy workers are a dime a dozen, the way they are is a reflection of a great boss. The only bad experience I've had has been with Kelly & the new girl, both are rude and a lot of scrapper's have chosen to go to Ajax to drop their loads because they hate dealing with both of them. Kelly must have trained the new girl as she has the same stink & disgusting attitude Kelly does. Their the only two you hardly like dealing with, hopefully they'll realize that their in a customer friendly business and their disgusting attitude's aren't warranted.

First time there I tried asking for help and directions the lady told me “I don’t care”.

Prices are not competitive. I figured I was getting a descent rate for my scrap copper and now I realize I got ripped off. 1.60 for copper brass mix is way too low. Everyone else around is offering 2.40 !!! Why not just be fair to begin with
