It would be really helpful for the store to play music, as there are some employees who discuss personal matters at full volume for longer than necessary. Great selection of items and good prices, but atmosphere could use a bit of focus.

Went there today to buy valentines balloons for my wife, the cashier was very ignorant and rude. And when I left with the balloons half of them flew away in the wind because she didn’t tie them up properly. I went back in, hoping to get the balloons replaced and she just grunted and said “ ugh no, you’ll have to buy more”. Maybe next time tie them up properly or warn me that there not tied up, just being polite to customers goes a long way. Over a few 1.50$ balloons you lost my service for good. Nice work. If you hate your job get a new one.
