Mr mciver you have a rude receptionist. I tried to call this morning to inquire about a consultation. I called the 1-800 # the first lady politely accomodated me by putting me through to your receptionist. She answered the phone in a pert agitated manner. Saying you want to know about a consultation. Well my boss charges $400 an hour ". I was barely able to say " oh ok " and she hung up on me. It was humiliating and unnecesarry."

Slipped by an unsigned easement, without explaining what an easement is, during signing or purchase. Then later allowed the second party to sign after the purchase date. Feel set up and manipulated.

Due to some marital and property issues I was lucky enough to end up at Fabris Law dealing with Kellen Hornquist. Over the last 10 years I have seen many lawyers in town but this firm is head and shoulders above the rest!! So very professional , informative and kind. I was told by other lawyers in town that my situation was impossible. Kellen offered to help me and what he has done for me is truly miraculous! I was forced to retain him on two different occasions and I still am in awe of all the help and kindness that he has given to me and my kids.
