Avis Car Rental

Terrible customer service. They couldn't seem to find a receipt for a recent car rental our company employee made. I provided them with the pickup date, pickup location, the employee's name and driver's license number and they still couldn't find it. They told me they could track it if I gave them the credit card number. Who does that? Honestly! Last 4 digits, maybe. I told them how sketchy that looks to ask for a credit card again, and refused to provide it.I finally talked to a supervisor, who found it using the driver's license. He promised me I would receive the receipt within 4 hours... that was 4 days ago!I tried calling back today and once again, their customer service rep was too busy following a script to even stop and listen to what I was saying. Then she suggested I call back after and talk to someone else. ??????Do not use Avis. I have never dealt with such disorganized, unprofessional people.

Rented a car a few weeks ago. The gentleman at the counter was very personable, kind, and made the experience very quick and easy. Upgraded to an SUV. very nice vehicle. Super clean. Very reasonable prices. Discount on at the time. A+ experience overall

Another good Avis Counter in Windsor! It was relatively small but the pick up and drop off experience was great. The rental car was nice and driving was smooth. Highly recommended!

Made our reservation on the phone with the call center. I was sent the emailed confirmation. Upon arrival the rate was double , I had to show the agent the confirmation with the rate to get our quoted rate. On return they tried to say the rear bumper paint was damaged, it was dirt, wiped off when I touched it, Road dirt!Never again with Avis

One of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had. The agent was rude and badgered me for not vacuuming the car as I returned it. He then called me twenty minutes later to accuse me of having a dog in the car. Completely unprofessional, and I hope that a representative from Avis reads this. 0 / 10. Would not recommend.

Rented a car it was clean and easy would recommend to anyone else who’s looking to rent a car in Windsor

My wife had a reservation at this location. The manager gave poor customer service. We were unable to rent a vehicle based an a minor issue with details on the booking. This rental was for my wife’s work trip. Due to this error the manager would not open to any viable resolutions since the incident occurred in a Sunday. I advised him that her office people typically work during the week.He canceled the reservation leaving my wife stranded. We will never be a repeat customer

I am from Ontario, Rented a car in Alberta. Approx 4 months later I was Charged $600 US.... why US

A complete nutjob was present at the desk. Doesn't understand what we're speaking, speaks barely understandable English. He was very arrogant, rude and seemed like he was swearing at us in his regional language. When we asked him to give us 5 minutes to decide which car to choose, he was like... Ahh!! You take as much time you wanna take. I give you 1 hour. I'm gonna go wash car outside.. you guys wait till I come back after 1 hour." What the bloody heck!? It's not like you're saving the mankind. You're just working to feed yourself. No one's forcing you to work there.Never ever going to this brand."
