Sports Experts - Atmosphere

Incredibly frustrating experience overall. Couldn't find a single employee within the store to a point that I was forced to call the store from inside just to speak to someone. I was also lead to believe they had an item in store only to arrive to learn that they didn’t. Incredibly unprofessional.

Drove there try to find something shows available in this particular store online. First girl i asked for help told me they don’t sell it and she never heard of it before.After I showed her it’s available online she insist they don’t have it. I went to ask other floor support and got three different answers. Ended up wasted my time and didn’t find things I wanted.Would recommend to avoid this located. Poor management, I felt like treated very meanly for no reason.

Worst Sports Expert I've ever been to. Staff is not helpful and management is not accommodating. We left work early and drove 45min to buy a hoodie that was only available at this location according to their website, because we did not have the option to buy it online (in 2023 lol). Not only did we waste 30min in the shop trying to find said hoodie, to no avail, the staff were evasive and management couldn't honour the discount on the same model hoodie in a different colour. The manager refused to come resolve the situation herself, sending one of her employees to do the talking for her. When I proposed the option of them having the item shipped from another location, they refused saying they were not affiliated with the other sports experts. All in all, very sour experience, and I highly recommend you avoid this location.

I bought a pair of training pants on Black Friday that was on promotion. After I brought it home, I noticed the stitches were coming off on some parts of the it. I brought it back on Sunday and I was told there are no refunds or exchanges during the black Friday weekend and I should come back on Tuesday. That is fine with me. I understand the Black Friday weekends gets busy and lineups get long. So I go back on Tuesday morning and I am told that they can exchange the item for me but since Black Friday is over, they would have to charge the regular price and I would have to pay the difference. This makes no sense to me. I bought a defective item. I wanted an exchange for the same item. Not a different item. They should have just exchanged it at the price that I paid for. Needless to say I asked for my refund and left. I will most likely be doing my shopping online. There are plenty other sports stores.

sport experts Angrenion branch is my favourite store and my first choice, although sports experts at Fairview point Claire is 2 km away from my home, but I still prefer to go to Angrigno branch, because 4 years ago I had excellent experience and fabulous service from Philip, in fact, I go to Angrigno branch for Philip in particular…….thank you Philip for the great services you always give to me

Excellent service! Went in, liked a pair and bought it, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Massive thanks to Zachary, extremely helpful and quick! I've never been so satisfied, both with the service, quality and pricing.

Clean and organized store. The Sales rep was very helpful and didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed I ended up spending less than I budget for skates. Do I decide to get hockey gloves as well. He was also helpful with telling me it had alot to do with what felt comfortable to me.

We went in the hockey section to get skates for my son. Service wasn't great to be honest, the clerks weren't easy to find and kept getting busy with other clients. There's a vast choice however, for all budgets and good quality

This place is a perfect example why ppl tend to shop online instead of stores. Went to the kids shoe rack to find shoe for my 5YO. found a pair but couldn't find anyone to get her size... Then I see another customer walk up to a guy just standing there, doing nothing, asking him for a specific size. I mean this employee is just standing there, almost next to me, I thought he was just another customer waiting for his kids or partner to be done shopping. He heard me talk and not knowing where to get the sizes, I had no way to know he worked there, he could have asked if I needed help.Then you go to the cash. 2 out of probably 6 was opened. 5 other people (I counted) behind the counter not helping customers. Just there, doing some paper work, talking, etc. A line up of customers just waiting to give them their money.Avoid if you can, just order online.
