This has to be the worst Fortinos in the GTA. Always looks messy. It’s freezing cold all the time. Fruit and vegetable selection is terrible. Management should intervene when customers sort the fruit. Recently saw a woman go through all the bunches of bananas and pick one banana from each bunch until she had six in the bag. These customers are the worst. The cashiers are wonderful but that area in front of the cashiers is so cluttered and dirty. No organization and space in that area. Self checkout machines always give errors, but trying to get help is impossible because they seem to be focused just on watching people not steal anything. Instead of providing a great customer experience with fresh produce, and clean aisles, this Fortinos is more focused on cost cutting with not enough staff to help customers. All I see is security which is uninviting to customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

This location is very close to me convenient to pick up general items they have fresh seafood area and meat department always clean and thoroughly enjoy their rotisserie chicken

CAFE IN FORTINOS Specific review onlyI have never seen a cafe not being able to warm up their products that they sell. I bought some baked goods and needed them warmed up and the staff in the cafe said they can’t do it. I mean is this normal? I have never been told no to warm up food that you purchase from a cafe and shouldn’t a cafe own a microwave or something?Kinda ridiculous.

Love this grocery. It’s really big and has lots of options. It’s a good mix between high end items and normal items.Alcohol is also available if you like.There’s also sections to buy fresh dessert, rotisserie, breads, meats, sushi, and sandwich and sips.Love it.

Best pizza and bread in town. Olive baguette is one of my favs. Supermarket is very organized and clean, friendly team. I also love their flower department.

This grocery store has improved a lot. Check it out. I heard that the coffee bar will reopen on the second week of December. I have never seen anything like this before. They brought it into the 21st century. Amazing! Maybe they'll renovated the washrooms too. Now it says Kosher bakery. It didn't say that before.

This is my go to grocery store. Absolutely love their bakery, they have the best cakes! I always buy my family and friends’ birthday cakes from here, and specific to this location.They also one of the best iced coffees at their cafe! Their flower department is also great too, fresh cut flowers and lots of options of roses.Clean location.
