Made a plan to have my truck towed the next day after we spoke and was told between 10-10:30 am. Went and waited at my vehicle and contacted him at 11am and was told it was now 2pm. Then was told a few hours later he wouldn’t becoming at all. Complete waste of time dealing with them while I could have called another company.

IVTowing is a very professional and efficient service. My car had gotten stuck twice during the winter I called IVTowing and within 15-20 minutes during one of our crazy snow storms IVTowing was there. They were very fast, efficient and very careful not trying to damage my vehicle. i would highly recommend using their services whenever you're in trouble.

I was making my way back from Fort St. John to Edmonton when I noticed something was wrong with my engine as the engine light came on. However the light went away and I thought I was good to keep going. About 1 hour and 30 minutes out of Edmonton I notice my car is shaking the engine light is back on, I pull over to the side as my truck wasn't functioning how it should be. I noticed a little bit of smoke under my hood too. I waited about 20 minutes and started it back up and tried driving it again, but the engine felt like it was gone.I then started looking at some of the towing companies around the area but could not find anything that was opening. I asked a couple of my friends who highly recommended iv towing. I called them around 11:30AM and they were more than willing to help at the late hour. They gave me a few suggestions on a couple things I could check under the hood but I wasn't too sure of what was what as I don't know too much about cars. He went on FaceTime with me and tried to see if they could see something, but no luck. After I had explained the condition of my vehicle they had suggested that it might be the coolant levels. However I had no extra coolant on me and it was too dark and cold for me to see if I was short on it.He then left from Edmonton to my location and periodically checked up on me to see if I was doing ok. They arrived and my battery had died by then too. They were very professional and kind, let me sit in the truck to get warm as he towed my vehicle. The whole time he was very friendly and before we knew it, we arrived in Edmonton. He then waited for my to unload my truck and park my car on the other side of my house as he knew the battery was dead. The price was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend iv towing to anyone who needs the service.

My car broke down at Victoria trail on the north side, I called him, I did not had wait long, he was there pretty fast. He is an honest, reliable person and has a great knowledge about his work. He gives you the best price in the city and I would recommend everybody for his services. Thank u for helping me out on that day.
