The classes and workshops for students of York and people who pursuing careers in theatre and performance arts. It's a very quiet place and the classes and studios are well equipped. Professors are among the bests and there is a box office for seeing students films or performances.

I really like this building in York. It has a lot of interesting art inside, such as portraits of people and a stone statue near a huge window. There is a cozy book with comfy chairs and a semi-closed off area, with interesting art as well. Definitely one of the nicer buildings at York. I also find it spacious and unique, especially when you go past the Starbucks to the slightly upper seating area.
