As a 47 year old, it is very disappointing to shop these days. There are very few places to shop. Today, I prepared myself for disappointment both in shopping as well service. Usually I get discouraged very quickly because most young customer service staff are not realistic when helping me or not paying attention to how they approach and speak to older customers and I usually leave feeling horrible about myself. Well, I went to aerie in white oaks mall today and this staff Patricia was amazingly patient with me, she was knowledgeable and was more than accommodating to me. I started out not being too optimistic about this shopping trip and Patricia has renewed my faith in young staff! I am so appreciative.

I normally don't spend more than 4 minutes in a store when I am looking for a specific item.However, Lauren totally changed the game for me.She is the sweetest and most hardworking girl.She looked online and in store for all my sizes and colour preferences and always made her way back to my fitting room to share more options for me and her respected opinion- despite helping many other customers at the same time.I even looked at some of the bralettes while walking to the register and she went, I wanted to show you this but I knew it wouldn't have matched your requirements." and she was absolutely right!Lauren LITERALLY went above and beyond for me.As someone who has worked in retail for 8 years

Extremely helpful staff. The curvy ginger sales MAN we had helping us was the best example of perfect I've seen in customer service in ages. From having a long history in retail management roles, I was so pleasantly surprised to see that there is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable staff out there! Not only did he make my daughter (She has went from a size 16 to an 8) feel so beautiful, but he helped her find a new style to suit her new body within Moms back to school budget!!

I shopped here for the first time yesterday and my experience was absolutely fabulous. From the moment I stepped in the store, I felt welcomed. The team was well coordinated and everyone was actively helping one another and assisting the shoppers as well. The individual that helped me yesterday went above and beyond my expectations and unfortunately I did not get her name, but she is a true asset to the company. I will definitely support this store again. The clothes are classic and great quality. And most importantly, the people are amazing. Shop here!!

Had a horrible experience ordering online and just came in to return only part of my order that I had received. Staff was so amazingly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me find my sizes in something I loved to replace my order that didnt arrive to me. The staff are amazing and so kind!
