Went in to purchase something for 25$ or under and was told, nope sorry we don't have anything. Not even an attempt to help me. Went down the street to The Flower Fountain and the lady was very helpful. She put something together for me with no problem. Will not return to Margaret's.

My experience here was not a good experience at all! She did nothing but complain to me on how busy she is. I purchased an arrangement to be delivered and that was not even close to the agreed time. That will be my last time going to this business! Very disappointing service and an uncomfortable encounter.Flowers were very beautiful but the customer experience terrible.

We had flowers delivered for a funeral, we called with short notice...but they took all of the information and produced a gorgeous arrangement on time and no issues. Very very caring. We will go to them in the future and will recommend to those we know.Thanks again!

We have been customers of Margaret's Flowers for years. We have always found Margaret and her staff to be extremely helpful and very friendly. Margaret's floral arrangements are always beautifully arranged, very creative and made with only the freshest quality flowers. We recently had Margaret and her staff create several arrangements for a family funeral and they were gorgeous. These arrangements received amazing comments from not only those paying their respects, but also from the funeral home staff who have seen many arrangements - commenting that they were stunning! We had a death in our family and the flowers from friends and other family were purchased and delivered from Margaret's and they're absolutely beautiful. Two of the arrangements were for a funeral but they were nice enough to call and after I explained it was a small intimate ceremony (because of covid) they arranged the flowers and delivered them to our house instead. I also received calls to ensure someone would be home and they were so nice on the phone. I'd recommend using Margarets, I know we will.

I ordered flowers for a friend who lost her grandmother and the lady on the phone was VERY rude and disrespectful when I called to ask if they had been delivered. Telling me many things were “obvious” when they weren’t listed on the website. “It is extra delivery in the middle of no where” (5 minutes outside Aylmer) and I asked for them to be left outside if she didn’t answer the door and she said “ya no that’s not how things work around here”. Truly upset with my experience and will not order from here again. This is my second bad experience here.
