From our first contact with the company, we were treated professionally and with respect. Every inquiry was quickly followed up by staff, all questions answered, and we received email notices and also a call the day before the move to go over details. The crew was great: Akash, Karan, and Brandon were the nicest guys and very helpful. Complete pros while also being polite and kind. It was a hard move for us because my husband and I are older and we basically had very little help. But the guys really came through with setting everything up, moving and removing items when we asked them, and never rushing us when we weren't sure of anything in the moment. We are very thankful to Professional Movers and to the crew, who made an always difficult process as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend Professional Movers to anyone. Great service at a fair and reasonable price.

I highly recommend Professional Movers Ottawa, and will use them again when I need their services. They moved me July’22, stored my contents for one week, and moved everything into my new place. Not one wall scratched, nor an item damaged! The same crew did both moves: professional, friendly, very hardworking until the job was completely done(a very long day), very helpful and respectful. I can’t recommend them enough. They even took wonderful care of my plant in storage - named her Hazel:)

We have never used a moving company before and let me tell you this has by far been the best experience. Everything was well communicated prior to the move, with an online inventory for our items. The movers were very polite, professional and efficient! Our total move time was 2h45m, which was amazing considering we moved in an extreme winter storm. I 100% recommend Professional Movers Ottawa!

Professional Movers were such great movers! First of all, the communication was excellent - they contacted us a couple of days before to confirm, confirmed the night before and let us know when they were on their way in the morning. The movers came prepared with tools to undo furniture, mattress covers, furniture covers etc. They moved everything with care and everything arrived safely and was moved into the room it belonged. Throughout a long and challenging move, they were courteous, polite and in good humour! I would highly recommend, their service was night and day with other movers and their price was very reasonable! Thank you so much!!
