Inn At The Quay

Great hotel, in a great location with many options for food and entertainment. The rooms are a little older in that they don't have more modern amenities (like lamps with plug is or USB ports) but that isn't really a deal breaker. Staff were super friendly, check in and out was super quick.

We stayed in one of the room for 2 nights, and we’re very satisfied. The view is so relaxing seeing the river side. The only thing that stress us out is during check in the front desk staff that booked us in didn’t inform us where we can park at their parking lot, we end up getting a ticket, but they handled it right away and the new front desk staff gave us the information of where can we only park if your a hotel guest. Other than that we enjoyed the full 2 nights. We will recommend the hotel and yes we’re coming back again. The only suggestion is the front desk staff should be active on giving any information to guests when it comes to parking, area, and services that hotel can offer.

Excellent waterfront location with access to boardwalk. , Great views to Fraser River from the room balcony. Hotel doesn't offer much other than a great view. Rooms are small, no amenities, and lobby is dated. Pricey due to location.

Nice view of the Fraser River, and the sky train bridge in the background. We’re able to accommodate on short notice. Quiet rooms, and good views.The 2.5 km walkway along the New West shoreline was nice. Always different views, sights and sounds. Highly recommend hotel for proximity to transit and amenities.On the immediate other side of the tracks, it’s a bit rougher, bear that in mind when planning your walk-venture.

Love the range of conference rooms available, depending on expected attendance. Very comfortable setting with no challenges. Recommend that management considers offering prepaid parking so organizers aren’t scrambling to pay out multiple expense claims. Other than that, a great experience!

Enjoyed spending time on balcony. Room was 400$ inc tax and was small for price. Bathtub was useless other to unplug mini fridge overnight as it would emit a high pitched noise. Lots to do within walking distance. Skytrain station is very close and can get you out much further

Decent rooms.Great view!At nights there is a Jazz bar close by.Easy to get to downtown but it’s far and you have to sit in the train for 40 minutes.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. -- Food was excellent and serving staff efficient and friendly. -- Check out was friendly, relaxed and efficient. -- It would be nice if the reception staff would take the time to say hello to guests. I would have expected that having stayed there for 3 weeks they might even have known our names but nobody bothered. One gentleman who wore a mask all the time never looked away from his screen in the time we were there. It is called Reception for a reason. -- It was fit for purpose and cleaned regularly. -- Room cleaning was good. One receptionist took the time to say hello whenever she was working (young lady with long dark hair. Food in The Boathouse was excellent. -- Always well maintained, -- Pleased with the room. More comfortable furniture on the balcony would have been nice.

It was such a lovely stay, and I wish I could have stayed longer.The room was well appointed, and the furniture was very stylish. The TV in my room was huge, and the bed was very comfortable. The desk was nice, and the desk chair was also fairly comfortable.Having a balcony that looks over the river was such a treat, and I spent a fair amount of time chilling out there enjoying the view.Lastly, having the Inn so centrally located in New Westminster was so convenient. There is so much to do within a five minute walk, so it is really nice.
