The service at the Exeter location is top notch. Greg was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were looked after and satisfied with the bicycle that they assembled for us. The rest of the staff was awesome as well. Kudos to them!!!!!!

Exeter Canadian tire accidentally loaded the wrong item on my truck yesterday. I helped them load it and didn't check, so the fault lies on me as well. They came today and swapped the items for me, so I didn't have to drive back to the store (in the freezing rain, no less!) Fantastic customer service. Great management. Thank you!

Don't bother phoning any department other than parts or automotive. Their immediate service (a joke) didn't answer after hitting 0 numerous times and gave up after waiting 23 minutes.

I have not shopped here in ages but I wanted to do this review for my parents. They really wanted a new patio sectional that is comfortable. They are in their late 70's and needed it for fathers day. This store went out of their way to get them this beautiful set. The owners I am told delivered it personally. This is amazing in this day and age of poor service. Thank you CT Exeter for going the extra mile for your customers!!!

Canadian Tire in Exeter (0141) has always had a love-hate relationship with its customers. 15-20 years ago, the staff was friendly, but the shelves weren't stocked well. Now, the shelves are stocked, but the staff is either nowhere to be found, or too busy to greet customers, besides the staff at the firearms, and ammunition desk. Stocked shelves, and the staff at the outdoors desk gets them a floating 1 star. Management needs to hire more staff willing to engage customers, or send the ones they have somewhere to learn people skills involved with customer service.

It's good and I left happy with what I bought. The cashier did say I should've bought more. I wasn't impressed with her opinion.

This little store has certainly gotten much better in recent years (different owners every few years) but the two areas of improvement would definitely be staff on the floor and inventory of sale items.

Love this store, always stop in here for random stuff and always greeted by friendly staff and a great selection. Even during the pandemic their ordering online process was easy and effective. Thankfully they are back to normal shopping.

Love this store for finding great deals and everything from soup to nuts. When you live outside the major centers, Canadian Tire fills the need all things auto, home and garden at very reasonable prices! The shelves are overflowing with Xmas stock with airborne bears!
