Fantastic first experience! Ordered a bunch of their custom cut-to-order spokes. Responsive and prompt communication, attention to detail and speed. Free shipping over $30 is the icing on the cake. Top notch. I'll be back for more and recommending to all my rider pals. Hell, even to my rider enemies.

Went in to inquire about buying a bike. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when helping me decide which bike best fit my needs and price range. I will definitely be going back!

EDIT: The owner of full cycle called me and was very kind and courteous with me, he offered me a 100$ refund in order for me to have the bike serviced in Montreal at my local shop to save me the drive back to Ottawa. I understand that sometimes things aren't tip top and the owner doing this gesture shows he cares about his business and his customers, I would gladly deal with them again in the future.I bought a touring bike this winter and after about only 60km of easy flat paved riding in the spring I've noticed many problems with the bike. I'm disappointed with the way the bike was assembled and tuned. The rear derailleur was not set properly and some gears were jumping between cogs on their own when riding. The front rack was not tightened properly. I contacted the store about those two issues and since then (they said they would be glad to correct the issue) I've come to notice the front wheel is not trued and there is a small wave in the rotation. The fork is also loose and rattling. And finally the disk brakes are shuddering.I'm leaving a 2 star review for now as a warning for anyone who buys a bike there to give it some good test runs because it's very disappointing for a 3000$ bike to have been assembled so poorly. I'm hoping this is a one off or rare occasion as I've never had such an issue with any other bike purchased in other shops over the years. I wish I would have test ridden it for a while when I drove from Montreal to pick it up but did not want to ride the brand new bike on roads covered in salt and slush. I've reached out to the store and they said they would have it fixed without issue (their staff are very kind and polite by the way) but I am leaving my review as is until I see corrections made.

They deserve every single star and more.I decided to get a bicycle this year after not having ridden one in about twenty years. I knew that I wanted to get a good, safe, and reliable bike, and was hopeful I could find one that was all that, and maybe a bit cute too, for tooling around the city.I wanted to shop locally, and since I had been off a bike so long, I thought it was important to go to the professionals. I did a bit of research and was impressed by the reviews for Full Cycle, and they certainly lived up to, and even exceeded, my expectations for customer service, knowledge, selection, price, and overall helpfulness.I was prepared to feel a little silly and clueless, but every single employee was understanding and they answered my questions with such knowledge and sincerity. They made thoughtful suggestions, even when it resulted in lower prices for me. I can say with all honesty that they really love bikes and are super encouraging to anyone who comes into the shop!The bike I ended up getting not only met ALL of my criteria above (and then some), but came in under budget. I am so glad I went with them, and I think anyone else would be too!

Consistently exceptional service!I have made a number of purchases from Full Cycle and the service has always been patient, professional, and helpful. The experience has always met my expectations for significant purchases and I have been really satisfied.Most recently, I came in looking to replace a very minor part for a 14 year old bike that is no longer in production. Despite the very low value of my purchase they still diligently researched multiple manufacturers to find a compatible alternative. Replies to my messages were exceptionally prompt and the dedication to good service was evident. Although my order was small, the service level was as high as always. I look forward to bringing my business back to Full Cycle in the future.

Put together a custom giant revolt 2 for me. 450km so far and no problem aside pressure drop in the tires. True pros.

Ordered some Adidas bike shoes that were on sale. Order came by Canada Post within a few days out to Alberta. Happy with the shoes and service. They even threw in a couple jolly ranchers, the green one was my favourite!

Great shop for maintenance; tech was more than happy to share some tips to ensure visits were less frequent and that my bike was taken care of.

Busted my front tire on my way to an appointment this morning. Lucky for me, Full Cycle was super close by! They replaced my tube right away and quickly so I could get myself back home. Friendly service too and quite a few employees were available to handle the multiple customers. Thank you!!

In my opinion Full Cycle is the best bike shop in town. I recently purchased a Kona Rove AL 700, there where a few issues that required them to do some adjustments. The work was done very quickly and the issues resolved after only one visit. Today I ordered another Rove for my son, even though they no longer had the proper size in stock Will PB contacted Kona to find out if they had any left that could be special ordered.I would recommend Full Cycle to anyone looking to purchase a new bike or just looking for a shop to have an existing bike serviced.
