Phantastic Nail

Horrible at removal, burnt my nail beds and constantly talking in their own language… will never use their cheap service again….. ever.,,

Service is okay. Wasn't very Happy with my gel pedicure. Could had used another coat...

Thursday, 3 of us booked pedis days in advance, they only had one person working on all 3 of our feet. So 2 of us would soak while one was getting their feet worked on. But my mom didn’t soak at all because she was the first to get worked on.. my sis and I soaked for 30+ mins and the water was freezing. I should have said something but they were so busy, I didn’t want to bother them. Then by that same evening, all the shellac was coming off my sisters nails so had to go back the next day to get them fixed and by Monday my set of shellac was coming off because they painted the skin and toenails, which made the shellac just pop off. I understand they are a busy place and they do what they can but they need to come up with a different system especially when people already book appointments so many days in advanced. So they were obviously extremely rushed when 2/3 of us had issues with our shellac. $60 with tip, for each of us and it didn’t seem very worth it when I have to go find someone else to fix my nails.. The 45 min appointment turned into an hour and a half.

The colour turned out well the pedicure was only half leg meaning they didn’t go to my knee. The girl had a bad attitude I paid $50 and the customer behind me paid 45 for the exact same service I know because we were together she is my sister I would never use this business again it was overpriced and horrible experience
